It is impossible to get through to Love Holidays. There is no visible email or contact number which in turn leads to poor customer support and service. Sandy is the nearest one get to a human being I booked a beautiful Resort through Love Holidays and needed to take away extra night contacted hotel and got prompt reply to contact Love Holidays still trying reply no account, no booking don't recognize booking reference or surname not reliable would not book again

Very straightforward to book Good value for money
Have booked a couple of holidays through love holidays never had a problem until this time. Booked a last minute holiday,4 days before they ring to advise that they can’t confirm my hotel because they have sold out on half board options and need €700 extra to bump us up to all inclusive, we were already half board so 700 extra for lunch and drinks is absurd! Advised I would not pay that so they tried to switch me to a lower grade hotel and that the price would stay the same. Only for I did my research the new hotel they were trying to put me in was cheaper! So not only changing my holiday but trying to keep the extra money too!! I’ve spoke to 5+ people on the loveholidays phone line and only 1 of them was sympathetic to my situation, customer service is terrible and they won’t let you speak to a manager they say they will call you back within 24-48 hours. The manager will ring you after the phone line closes and then hang up so you can’t ring them back. Avoid!!
Hassle free booking with plenty of holiday options. Holiday isn't until January 2025. Let's hope their efficiency continues through our stay.
