I am really disappointed with the customer service I had placed an order 2 days ago and still not received tracking details for my order. I had contacted customer service and have not received a response in 24 hours which is really disappointing. I have been charged for an order and not received any tracking update which has me really worried. I hope this can be resolved soon
Luisa via Roma is a physical And online boutique based in Italy. They have a huge selection of interesting pieces from luxury designers all over the world. Their shipments are really quick and they also have a really good customer services. Definitely worth checking it out

Horrendous company do not deal with Contacted them as parcel showing received by DHL picture delivery and no signature just a printed version of my name. They reached out to DHL who contacted me asking for proof of address and picture to compare. I sent them this, and was told following day they would contact. 1 hour after this company contacted me saying DHL declined request- despite them still looking into it. Absolutely no consideration for the customer or help offered except contact police. Well they're going to do nothing with an overseas company. They can't be bothered to help and are abusing the position they're overseas. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY- might as well throw your money away

My heels came with dents and worn. The shoes was a good price and out of stock and the only way they could resolve the issue was to return the shoe. No customer service or compensation. If you have any future issues they won’t sort it out, they lack customer service.

BAD SHIPPING EXPERIENCE ~ CUSTUMER SERVICE DOESN’T HELP YOU, NO ONE IS INTERESTED TO TRY TO FIND SOLUTIONS. I am an old customer of Luisaviaroma, even online even in the beautiful boutique located in Florence, but online they are going increasingly worse. On Monday morning of 29 I made an order up to 1000,00€ with express shipping (in the details is writted 24/48 hours), during the Monday afternoon I called the customer service to ask them if is possible to ship the package as soon as possibile due that the objects that I choose were still available because on Sunday I had an event programmed and they said that the package will not leave the shop before Thursday due to the Italian holiday on Wednesday but will be shipped on Friday!!! From the description the package is still at the shop, and I’m sure I will not receive that before 3-4 days. THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, IMPROVE THE SERVICE!!!
