The website was very easy to use. The blinds arrived within days of ordering them they were as described and fitted perfectly. The price was less then half of what I was quoted by two local blind shops. Could not be happier to come across a company that does what it says it will without fuss and at a very reasonable price.

Our curtains arrived with gold eyelets instead of silver eyelets. I went on the web chat for probably less than five minutes and was told that they would remake them as soon as possible! We received the new ones really quick and they look great!

I had excellent customer service while having some issues getting the samples. Customer service was very responsive and prompt. During the ordering phase, I had some questions, and used the CHAT function, and that too was prompt and effective. My blinds arrived within 10 day and were too my expectations. So, net net, my experience was excellent.
