Placed my order on 8th for standard delivery and received it on the 9th.My items packaged very good and emails from ordering to receiving.They even sent email to say my order had been upgraded to next day.All the items are for my daughter and I got them on sale as well.Very happy with this company from start to finish and will definitely buy again

I discovered I have a lanolin allergy when starting to breastfeed my first baby and after panicking about what I could use I discovered the keep calm nipple balm which has been great! Quick response from social media team too to confirm defo no lanolin in product! Thankyou so much

Well what made my experience great today was the brilliant customer service recieved by the lovely shiona as I mentioned to her that I couldn't use any of the offer codes available n the reason was because the item I was buying was excluded to use with the codes and as a good will gesture she offered a 10% refund on my order and I'm very thankful for that.

I was trying to purchase the deodorant for under my boobs cause I’m going though menopause and they sweat,
WARNING: AVOID THIS COMPANY- THEIR SERVICE IS BEYOND SHOCKING I purchased the fragrance free cream online from their website and that was pretty good. Some premium department stores also stock their products, so I picked a tub of the original cream up because I had a voucher to spend in that department store. About a week after opening the product I noticed there was oil floating on the top of the cream. It looked gross so I contacted Mama Mio as I couldn’t locate my receipt. To cut a long story short we went back and forth emailing and they ultimately refused to help me because apparently ‘they don’t manufacture the product’. I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous like this, I mean who does make it then. Please don’t waste your precious cash and buy something else rather than this over-priced rubbish which is not formulated properly. I am not the only one who has noticed that there are problems with the original cream (with fragrance oils in it).
Tummy rub cream is not good at all, it doesn’t even moisturise the bump, so how can it help for the stretch marks. I finished a tub in 2 weeks, it’s very expensive and not good quality product!
Delivery arrived earlier than estimated great product really helped with early pregnancy symptoms. Would definitely recommend.
