Je déconseille aux professionnels de commander depuis leur site internet car ils ne font pas de factures intra-communautaires et sont basés en Italie. Résultat vous avez la TVA dans l'os. Leurs e-mails ne fonctionnent que en Envoi, un message d'erreur est retourné lorsqu'on leur envoi un e-mail. Il n'y a donc aucun service et ils ne sont même pas en confirmité avec la réglementation européenne concernant le paiement en intra-communautaire...
