AVOID AT ALL COSTS. FOOD WAS CRAP TOO. These guys are liars - cancelled after 1st box due to poor quality. Had cancellation of subscription confirmed with call centre, and then a 2nd box arrives whilst I am away from work and all food spoils. Then get a debt collector harassing me 10 months later for a purportedly $82 debt. Marley Spoon NO - I have zero interest in discussing things with you - you had your chance and ripped me off then sent debt collectors around 10 months later - APPALLING CONDUCT
The customer service experience I had was extremely disappointing. After a hiatus of over three years, I decided to give the service another chance and activated a subscription. However, the online platform neither prompted me to verify my delivery address nor requested updated billing information, which is unusual as most similar services require payment before proceeding with delivery. I was later informed via email that the payment failed, and my partner expressed a preference against Marley Spoon due to dissatisfaction with their food quality. Assuming that Marley Spoon would not fulfil an unpaid order, I attempted to cancel my account but encountered issues with resetting my password. Despite these complications, Marley Spoon executed the delivery to an outdated address where I haven't resided for more than three years, leading to the wastage of the order. Although customer service cancelled my account three months ago, I recently received a debt collection notice for $135, which I paid to avoid further inconvenience. While I grasp the complexity of the situation, it's my belief that Marley Spoon should assume responsibility and enhance their customer interface to ensure addresses are verified and orders are not processed without successful payment.
Took payment when I did not order anything just looked at the menu has to put details in didn't press pay now Didn't even bother ordering the food was not for us Ca celled but they sent a box anyway then refused to come and pick it up after I had rung them and told them this was cancelled same day I looked at the menu Please don't order from them
Meal choices are varied. Quality of ingredients mostly good. Delivery reliable. Taking pauses now and then to keep food budget costs down. Happy with M. Spoon overall.
We love the options and that your offering more gluten free/keto options. Being diabetic I need healthy options and you definitely provide that.
Love the variety, the delicious, easy to follow recipes and the convenience. Wish I had gotten on board earlier!
Marley Spoon has a great variety of meals so we haven’t get bored or felt like dinner isn’t a little special. We’re enjoying it much more than we did with one of their competitors

Pretty hit and miss. Some weeks the recipes are good other weeks it’s hard to find 2 or 3 worth cooking. Also the quality control could do with a look at. Too many weeks recently with missing ingredients, and the compensation is for the price of the ingredient only… nothing for the inconvenience of now having to go pick up 1 or two things from the supermarket, which partially defeats the purpose of the boxes

Love the variety of recipes to choose from and that Marley Spoon uses Australian brand ingredients. Also if there is a problem with any ingredient for whatever reason it is resolved very quickly.
No depth of flavour, very disappointing
The recipes are easy to follow and quick to cook. There is a lot of variety and we have worked out what we like and what we do not. I have only one request and one negative observation. I would love the option to upgrade the vegetable like you can with protein. I assume costs play a part in the vegetable choice and I would rather the option to pay a bit extra and see vegetables like broccoli.
Vague and misleading sign-up process leading to an unauthorised charge on my credit card, that specifically said at check-out "will not be charged until an order is made". No refund is provided. Customer Service were extremely unhelpful. Will not be ordering or endorsing this product.
