Brilliant service and the best mattress I've ever bought

Loved the mattress quiz to find the best mattresses for my sleep type Have done this in a mattress shop a few years ago but this time just wanted to order online Very detailed descriptions and photos of the mattresses Easy to order Super fast delivery (especially vs the big mattress shops taking weeks sometimes to deliver) Either can do a nominated day for a fee or if you time it right toy get next day (or the day after) for free! They did a time slot and called when they were on the way to deliver it. Carried it into the house and set it down in the room I needed. I believe they all offer a service to unpack it or to take your old mattress away as needed.

What utterly brilliant service from start to finish . Highly recommend these people. Always a bit sceptical about purchasing big things online. (Old school) especially a mattress you can’t try. It came with a trial period so could send back if not to our liking. So that was a comfort. And pleased to say so was the mattress ! We were kept informed from buying to delivery . (Very nice polite delivery guys) Thankyou NextDayMattress .. special shout out to Daryl for her help with ordering.

The office staff were very good BUT.

The office staff were very good but the delivery was poor, they did not unwrap the goods to inspect the contents and I was left with a large amount of plastic coverings that I have to get rid of, also they could not understand what I wanted them to do. I needed help with the unwrapping and had to do it myself and I am 86 yrs Old.

Delivery issues

Ordered 2 mattresses and a bed base etc for a Saturday delivery. Saturday comes but via text had messages that there was a problem with delivery but it was still coming. Waited in all day and it never came. Told via text I would be contacted to re-schedule delivery on Monday. This did not happen - but delivery was randomly scheduled for Tuesday when I would be out of town all day. Problems happen, but don't let your customers waste a day, just re-schedule so everyone can be clear of the plan going forward.

Ordering from your company was a pleasure! The mattress is fabulous! I needed a very firm one and that is what I got. The two gentlemen who delivered were splendid and so helpful. They removed my old mattress and took off all the wrappings and plastic off the new one. They asked me to check it was in the right place and off they went. Hope you enjoyed the drink boys, you earned it! The comfort is fantastic I needed a new mattress quickly and it's cured all my aches!! Thanks a million

Very good service. Got a message with a two hour delivery window. Driver also called when they were 15 mins away. Old mattress taken, new mattress carried upstairs. All smoothly done and two men were pleasant and polite. Bonus: all parts of old mattress will be recycled and a new tree planted. I recommend this company.
