0/5 stars. STEER AWAY. Fake reviews. Poor poor customer service and they are liars and very misleading. I ordered the bag because i was told free shipping, i didnt like the zippers, tried to return and was told i had to pay for shipping for the return. I dont have time for these squabbles anymore so i pay and return AND they still have to refunded my review.
Royal Mail lost my parcel and it somehow was marked as delivered. The Maverick team was incredibly helpful, friendly and quick at helping me with the issue. A second item is now being sent - and I can’t thank you guys enough! Would definitely recommend this company.
I bought the bag the explorer bag a few months ago, so I think can be very transparent about it. To be honest, esthetic is good, it’s a nice bag. Regarding the quality that’s not at all. I use it twice a week to go to the office because I work remotely the rest of the time. And despite this, it is already very damaged.. traces of wear, the black color that rubs off, etc.. The size of the bag is also narrow. apart from a PC and a notebook, didn't hope to put anything else in there. the charger has no place inside. Here is my advice..

Absolutely terrible and shameless company! Sent me a defective bag and agreed to send a replacement. The replacement they sent was basically someone else's return (open box, not packaged properly and clearly defective). Once I returned the second bag, they have replaced it with the FIRST defective bag they sent to me! I have been going around in circles with them to get this resolved for over 2 weeks.
I was very pleased with the level customer service at Maverick & Co. The team went out of their way to make sure I was fully taken care of as a loyal customer in addition to manufacturing great products, which is always very appreciated!
Customer service exceptional. Product (rucksack) is extremely high quality - so much so that I am also buying a briefcase now as well. Highly recommended (and I very rarely splash out on something like this but it’s very much worth the price). EDIT: I bought a briefcase as well. Equally excellent product. Thank you!
Product Designs are great, Build Quality is fine, I had trouble with the Zips of My bag, their customer Service was quick to help me Replace the bag with another.
I purchased the Manhattan double zip briefcase and after a lengthy wait received a backpack... after emailing customer service the communication from the company came from both Pennsylvania and Hong Kong and was very convoluted. Eventually I was able to return the back pack and received the briefcase. Within six months the tab anchoring the shoulder strap to the case tore off. I had this repaired at my own cost. At one year and 12 days one of the handles tore apart at a seam. The customer service response initially was to offer me a discount on a further purchase. As though I would want to own more cheap poorly constructed bags. The product looks nice enough but is poorly made and is most definitely not leather. The follow up email from customer service offered for me to spend over $100 USD to get my bag to and from Hong Kong for repair and pay for the repair. Seriously? DO NOT be taken in by the refined looking adds. This is mass produced junk designed to last a year or so.
When pullers came off, they immediately sent it to me free of charge. This was a great help as I was having trouble opening the zipper.

I stumbled upon them by chance and found their products. I bought two bags today and haven't received them yet, but I trust their quality. The support team is excellent, and before shipping, they made sure to confirm the address because it was incomplete in the purchase order. They also keep me constantly informed about the shipment details. I recommend dealing with them due to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Goated bag, goated company. I got a new job last year and wanted a professional, modest, and stylish bag. After hours of research I kept coming back to Maverick. Love the bag a year later just as much as I did when I got it. 10/10.
