Ordered on the 26th April . Expected delivery by 10th May. No communication from Maze and when I chase it am always told something different in terms of where the order is and who is delivering it.

I had an issue with a worn part on my pergola, and contacted Maze Living as it was within warranty. I was responded to promptly by Phoebe, who after checking photos of the damaged part, sent me out replacements free of charge which arrived quickly. Very pleased with the support.

Items not delivered would never order from here again

Would not recommend ordering from this company absolutely awful!! We pre ordered a corner sofa for our garden at the beginning of April when purchased it stated the item would be in stock 20th April and delivered on the 1st may. The 4th may we contacted maze to query where our furniture was to be told it would be delivered by 16th June, we challenged this as online it shows as in stock and delivered by 16th may? The company then stated something had gone wrong and they would ensure the item is delivered asap as it is now in stock and pre ordered items should take priority over new orders, several weeks later we have sent numerous emails and phone calls and still no furniture!!! This week my husband received an email from maze asking us to leave them a review for our products, this was extremely frustrating as we have not even received our order my husband left a negative review and within an hour maze contacted him and apologised as this email should not have been sent, they then used bribery to ask my husband if he would change his review if they could accommodate with anything. My husband raised how we wanted our furniture asap the advisor then advised it would be delivered by this weekend, we have still had no delivery confirmation so yesterday I called and asked to speak to a manager, the manger could see the problem and stated it had gone to the associate directors he advised he would contact the delivery company and request delivery by today or tomorrow and advised he would call me straight back still no call back and still no email for delivery it is an absolutely shocking company that I would never purchase from again!! if you actually want your garden furniture I wouldn’t order from this company, we ordered ours way in advance ready for our garden being completed and to enjoy the summer with our family and friends this company has ruined that for us as we have no seating in our garden!!! Just to highlight we never write reviews but this company is awful they took our money the beginning of April and we have still not received our goods we will raise this further and take to ombudsman

Diabolical customer service and no furniture

Diabolical customer service. Spoken to half the staff there and still no delivery date. Ordered set with delivery by 17 May. Plus a cover not in stock until June . Sold our furniture on the premise that it would be here on 17 May. Contacted Maze to tell them on holiday until 14 May but would be available after that . Was told that they hold back the order as part missing unless we prefer part delivery. Told them we wanted delivery as promised on 17 May. Get an email mid May to say item due for delivery 17june which it turns out is our cover and they have held our order until cover is in stock which the opposite to what we requested . After numerous chats emails still no delivery date. Weekend plans messed up as no garden furniture and still after a call today after being told it’s being “picked” have we had a delivery phone call. It was mentioned 7-10 days which is totally unacceptable after being advised when we ordered it would be delivered by 17 May. If it does not turn up in the next 5 days it will be cancelled.. appalling service Maze supposedly after hearing your products and service very good !!

Fire pit table top Color fade.

Had a defective fire pit table top, Color faded in patches 2 years after we first brought it, contacted Billy who without hesitation ordered a new and improved version, said it was a known fault. Great customer service. Other companies take note.

Awful dishonest service Ordered an outdoor kitchen set and 6…

Ordered an outdoor kitchen set and 6 seater table and chairs. Was promised delivery before the 9th May. After being repeatedly lied about the items being on the way the items still haven't arrived. We have been on the phone to them nearly everyday for the last 2 weeks. We were promised delivery on the 11th and even got a text message from the courier the night before with a time-slot of 8.45 - 10.45. At 6.30 the morning of delivery we got a text saying the items hadn't been dispatched by the supplier. Today the 15th after numerous phone calls they said delivery was planned for tomorrow. After not receiving any confirmation we called them again and said they cant find it on their system!? Absolutely shocking company that have wasted so much of our time. If they had been upfront in the first place we could have sourced alternative items by now. We will be cancelling the order tomorrow for a refund and we will source elsewhere. Be careful.

Well we're do I start . I ordered the table and chairs, to be told that it would not arrive in time for my retirement party . I contacted maze who quickly rallied round and got it delivered the day before my party. I was so happy. And the party was a complete success. I then realised after looking at the order that there were a couple of items missing. So I contacted maze and a guy named Billy checked with the delivery company to see if they could find the items, to which they couldn't. So again Billy sprang into action and very quickly organised a new part order, to be shipped out, they took 3 days to get delivered, to which I am very pleased . There's a lot of bad companies who just don't care . But with maze they have restored my faith in online purchasing . Many thanks to Billy and the team Kind regards Stephen Delorean. A really happy customer 😊

Check your delivery date before ordering

Ordered Manhattan Garden set at the beginning of April and heard nothing from the company until I rang them last week informing them that I had noticed the item was in stock. A customer service representative informed me there had been an error in the system and the furniture would be delivered in 5-7 working days. This did not happen so I rang them again and spoke with Billy (who is the only reason why I gave them the extra star) who apologised and hopefully started the process again. The reason for this review is I received two emails; the first to review the furniture and the second to review Maze Living. Not hopeful about getting the furniture but if it happens I will update this review.
