Purchased a Mounjaro pen from this company. Had 3 doses from the pen and the last dose would not dispense, sent back as advised to be told pen is faulty, but cannot send me a free dose. Only offered 15% next order! Think this is totally unfair as for the cost of the medication to be spread over 4 weeks and only get 3 weeks worth, in my opinion should be eligible for atleast a 25% discount. Nope refused. They can keep their pathetic 15% discount as I won’t order from them again.

Unfortunately the medication I ordered arrived unsealed, the first time I put it down to transit ect however my 2nd order was also unsealed this did not sit well with me, so contacted MedExpress who promptly apologised and sent out a replacement, to my surprise the replacement was also unsealed. They have yet again apologised and issued yet another replacement, fingers crossed the medication arrives sealed. Customer service seem to be helpful however if the next replacement is unsealed I will suspect that this medication is not legitimate. I will update this review once replacement has arrived Edit: 2nd Replacement arived unsealed. Thank you to the MedExpress customer service team who helped especially Hillary you are amazing and very helpful.
