Quarter of order incorrect same brand but not senior

All the items I wanted in stock but 1/4 of the order was wrong. I ordered senior pedigree mixed selection and received 1/2 senior and 1/2 normal.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They shipped my order and when it arrived it was the wrong items. I contacted them, and was told I had to somehow get the 10 packs of cat food tins to a post office in order to get my refund. I explained i can't do that as i dont drive and its very heavy. After three emails back and forth they tell me i can have a collection. The day comes and goes, turns out yodel went to the wrong address. At this point i'm saying to them- have some common sense, i didnt ask for these products just refund me the £60 instead of me having to take another day off work to get it picked up. Computer said no- now they're telling me new information like i have to print some dispatch email. Absolutely insane. Cancelled my recurring order, and will not buy from them again. Pray for me getting back this £60 which has definitely by this time cost me well over £300 in my time to speak with them.

Poor delivery practices.

Every month they desynchronise our recurring order which comes to over £50, rendering it eligible for free delivery. They then charge us delivery on all the orders that they’ve created. It’s happened every month for months now, and it seems intentional to make us pay for delivery.

AVOID, ORDER ELSEWHERE

Our 13 year old dog with digestive issues can only eat low fat prescription food from Hills, of which we ordered £150+ from Pet Supermarket. Hills have a reassuring 100% money back guarantee if your dog doesn't like the food. Unfortunately our dog completely went off the food and is refusing to eat it. When contacting Pet Supermarket to initiate a return, they're refusing to accept it given it's outside of their two week return period, despite the fact that Hills have the 100% money back guarantee. Their customer services were so unhelpful and refused to engage in any conversation around this return. I would avoid these guys like the plague!

Easy to use website

Easy to use website, everything I needed was in stock. The item I ordered was a lot cheaper than other sites. Very happy with that side of it, haven't used product yet as it's to keep cats calm when on holiday and haven't been yet.

After using the same brand wild bird…

After using the same brand wild bird seed for over a year, we noticed that less and less birds were coming to feed and no longer many different species. We decided to have a change and ordered Wills and Bridge seed at a competitive price. Within three days, a huge variety of different species were coming to the bird table again and several more that we had forgotten about. Will definitely re order. There's no waste either. It's all eaten by one species or another. Very happy. 😊👍

products good and price reasonable (dried cat food, flea drops , worming drops). What was not so good was delivery by yodel- 1st package left outside property in another street, 2nd package left with neighbour, when we were at home and working right by the front door, however, all resolved in the end.

One year ago, Apr 2023 I’ve order two packs of cat food from Pet Supermarket, my cats didn’t like them so i didn’t order again. On 10 April 2024 I woke up in the morning and saw an email regarding a payment of £114.93 was made for an order, I was concerned about what that’s for so i immediately sent email to the customer service request to cancel whatever the order was. Shortly i received reply saying that it’s too late for cancellation but I can send the order back for refund. Two days later I contacted again asking for the tracking number, no response. Six days later i received email from Yodel about a delivery for that day, I then reached Yodel requested to reject the delivery and to return it to sender. On 1 May I still haven’t heard anything and no refund of course. I sent email to check the status, next day they replied that items were returned already and will issue refund. Finally the refund has gone through on 6 May but I was charged for £10 for delivery. First of all, I have no idea that there was a set up for a repeating order from my first order, especially for one year later, secondly, there was no reminder for the upcoming order or charges, they just automatically take payment from my bank account. Moreover, I contacted them straight away the morning the payment was made but said it was too late to cancel, and the parcel was out for delivery six days later! Their return policy is 14 days after receipt, but I actually did not receive the product at all, their customer support does not care at all even there was plenty of time (six days) to stop the order, but instead just charging customers at the end. I’m happy to pay whatever I should do so but it’s completely ridiculous that their customer service do not provide any support and just put all the responsibility to their customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Referring to the reply: I have checked my email and junk mail and there’s no email for the upcoming order.

I have been charged by PetSupermarket without ordering anything. I don’t even own a pet. I spoke with my Bank and they will open a case.

Disappointed

I’ve been using Petsupermarket for the past few months without having any issues, however the order I placed on Monday to date still hasn’t been dispatched (now Thursday afternoon), even though I paid the extra for next day delivery. It appears the item I needed is currently out of stock, which is quite poor service as the system should be sophisticated enough to recognise this before taking your money as I could have shopped elsewhere. Had no reply to date to the online enquiry form, called and got through to customer services within 5 mins and have cancelled my order, advisor was very apologetic as I now need to source elsewhere.
