Customer service is phenomenal! Very communicative, nice, and responds fairly quickly! Products are good quality as well! The only issue i have, was the nail polish is pretty thick (too thick for my liking) and you do get some duplicates which it happens, nothing to be super upset about lol. Will order from again!

I had bought the Jade Plus Rechargeable Nail Drill in June 2023, it had started to short out and stop working while turned on. I knew it was the hand piece so I had reached out to Customer Service and they very quickly responded and sent out a new hand piece immediately! They made sure I had received the package and it even arrived in about a week with no issues. I’ve also purchased their drill bits and even after a year, their safety carbide bits have not dulled as much as Amazon brands have and still are a daily use for me! Definitely worth every penny and they will take care of anything you need! ( The drill is also probably one of the quietest drills i’ve used in the past 3 years, even my coworkers are amazed at how you can’t hear any buzzing)

I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! I took a lot of time to research all the different brands and products before purchasing a nail drill. It was super easy to order and as I live in UAE, I was worried about delivery. Post doesn’t always reach us however, I was anxiously waiting and within 10 days, it was on my doorstep. Couldn’t fault MS, even emailed to check I had received my parcel. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill started making an awful metallic noise every time I got above 10 rpms. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly reviewed the issue video I had sent. They sent out a replacement a few days later and it works perfectly. They were very kind and more responsive than any customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!

My order came in several shipments and one was a little late. When I contacted customer service they gave me all of the info I needed including tracking number along with date it would be here. And it was here 3 days later. They also kept in touch with me every day to see if it came it. They seemed to be very caring about me being satisfied with my order.
