Quick delivery, products good quality and better than expected
Hans Solo jacket arrived, a nice fit body wise but the sleeves are a tad longer than expected. Would have been great had the cuffs been adjustable. Lining is super and the shell is excellent. Wouldn’t have minded side pockets for somewhere to stick my hands. Overall though, quite a nice jacket and am quite pleased with it.

A really nice experience. I ordered the item late one evening (click and collect) and received an email early next morning to say it was ready to collect. I saved £20 on the item too, which was a bonus. To top it off, the young shop assistant at Bluewater was really, lovely, chatty and friendly. Thank you to the whole team
while the products are quite good DO NOT try to use their website as it is awful, first they can't make up their mind if they're going to charge you a delivery fee or not, it's meant to be free standard delivery for over £50 but it doesn't apply when it's supposed to and second any time you actually try to buy something it just comes back with something went wrong over and over again even with trying different payment methods and cards absolutely NOTHING WORKS, been trying to order the same things for the past 4 days and gotten nowhere even with a live chat that failed and couldn't reconnect and a phone call to which they basically said it was my fault their online infrastructure is rubbish.

I have placed an order online which I went to collect at the Westfield store. To my surprise when I got home, the cotton candy machine I purchased was faulty and had already been used. I took it back to the shop which I didn’t get an apology, however the staff on the till ask another member of staff if anything was returned and put back on shelf. I was given another one as there was still some stock.
