Great customer service experience!
Bought a dress for my graduation that was sent in awful condition. There were snags in the fabric, the hardware jewelry had fallen off (labelled as pearls and was the cheapest plastic), the clips in the hardware were visibly rusted, there were runs in the fabric... awful. I paid well over 100$ for this item and it came with zero protection. Responses take between 2-3 days and are automated. The only option you're given is to return the item- how does that help when this was my only option for a milestone event? Zero empathy. They're running a great scam here.

Efficient The reply time was efficient and they replied and answered all of my questions spot on. The only thing I would say is that when you’re chatting with the operator and the chat minimises you can’t open the chat back up until the operator replies.
Meshki never disappoints!! They have amazing customer service and a great response team. When I was having an issue with shipping they jumped right into action to find a good resolution. I always recommend their site to friends and family because they actually care about their customers 🙂
Pour résumer j’ai passé commande le 13 Avril, on est le 10 Mai aujourd’hui et toujours aucune trace de ma commande alors que, ça devait arriver entre le 27 et le 30 Avril. J’ai passé commande avant de partir en vacances. Je suis partie et revenue et les vêtements ne sont toujours pas arrivés. J’ai contacté le service client. Ils lisent mes messages mais silence radio … la commande s’élève à 340e .. je ne sais pas si je vais un jour récupérer mon argent.

I've only ordered from Meshki once and it was for a specific blazer. I was looking for an oversized olive green blazer and found the perfect one from Meshki. I ordered my regular size (small) and it was massive!!! Like at least two sizes too big, even for someone who likes things oversized. I reached out for an exchange and unfortunately they don't offer exchanges. You have to wait for your credit to be issued/return to be processed prior to reordering which is a bit of a pain. That being said, Veronica from customer service was helpful and quite prompt with emails.
Although the delivery company messed up, meshki responded to me very quickly and resolved the issue just as fast, quickly opening an investigation and offering a refund!
