Such a fantastic company! We’ve had a few micro scooters. We have just bought the cruiser for our daughter’s 6th birthday. On the way to school today she tried to use the kickstand and must have pulled in the wrong direction, it snapped off! But when I contacted micro scooters they replied within minutes and said they would send a replacement out straight away. Cannot fault their fantastic customer service and products! Thank you so much 😊
Bought the mini micro for my son for his first birthday and just about to upgrade to the bigger one for his 4th birthday. The quality of these scooters are amazing I recommend to all my friends with kids. I am happy to be able to pass his old scooter on to his younger sibling as it’s still in such good condition despite lots of use! Look forward to seeing the new foldable option too! Great customer service
Some scooter’s apparently need some more TLC than others B bends needed replacing very quickly after purchasing the scooter back wheel went shortly after, my 7 year old kid got accused of using the scooter in an incorrect way (preforming skids)made me chuckle their words not mine or my favorite had a collision with a car god forbid. If I’m honest my kid don’t even scoot I pull her along to and from school as she has problems with her legs aching not that this matters however. Anyway tried to charge me for the wheel when it was still under warranty then when I told them Catherine was going to send the wheel free I only wanted it looked at as it’s not the first time it’s needed a repair and my warranty is running out they made it seem like they was doing me a favour long story short I will never ever purchase another when this breaks again which it will as they are not made like they were used to it will be going in the bin.
Excellent customer service - I had (cosmetic) problems with a helmet received as a gift which had been bought through a third party and Sarah arranged for a new one to be sent out to me. Very personable WhatsApp help. Saved me a huge headache of having to contact the gift-giver!
Avoid avoid avoid….horrid company On the 2nd of May I ordered micro scooter as a present for our friends little son. The scooter still hasn’t arrived - I have daily chased micro scooters - first they answered once on WhatsApp and once on the phone and after this they don’t even answer my phone calls anymore and no communication. I’m starting to think the whole company is a scam. They have taken my money but no product - quite unbelievable that such well known company like micro scooters has absolutely impossible and useless costumer service. Will never use this company again and meanwhile I’m still waiting my product to arrive…if it ever arrives.

Love their products. We’ve had 2 scooters & a balance bike, high quality, very well made. Would highly recommend. Exceptional customer service, had an issue with one of our products a year after buying and they’ve been amazing at getting it sorted for us and offered a replacement. Amazing customer service!!! I experienced some issue with a voucher code, then l was adviced to contact their office by email. They resolved the issue for me in no time….lovely ladies Sarah, Catherine, Rosie and Daisy were all very helpful, friendly and patient with me. Thank you all!!!
The advisor I spoke to recommended that the issue I had didn't require a replacement part, but could be improved with a bit of tape. 5 mins later, and I've got a working scooter again, at no cost. Knowledgeable, helpful, and free. Can't recommend enough!
I submitted a technical query in the early evening hoping for a reply during the next working day. Daisy at Micro scooters actually replied at about 9.35 that evening!! Excellent customer service from an excellent company!
Purchased a micro scooter cruiser for my 6 year old. He has been a micro scooter user since he was one.. sadly the kick stand broke off on its third use.. I contacted micro scooter and Daisy was extremely caring and will send out a replacement part. Thank you for your kind response Daisy

I spoke with Daisy regarding the LED wheels I purchased for my daughter’s micro scooter, one of which had stopped working. After a brief exchange, she arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out. Can’t argue with that, great service!
