Always really helpful in this branch. Polite, helpful, and knowledgable, even when they don’t have the items in stock. It’s a small shop, but staff are keen to get stock in for you, or locate it at other branches for you, as they did for me today. Very good service.
I went to the shop to buy a few things for my son's cub camp. Lucas and Natalya were very helpful with shoe fitting and helping us find things respectively. A slight issue with applying a discount voucher but this was quickly resolved.
Personal service you don't get anywhere else. Phil helped me choose the right walking shoes, taking time with each & every customer & it was busy! He was efficient & SO helpful. Millets have always done their best to help us on many occasions. We use Grimsby precincts and one lady in particular goes above and beyond to serve my whole family.
The two shop assistants were very helpful and friendly. I tried on 2 boxed garments that did not fit so both needed to be folded up back into their boxes. Olly happily did this and made a good job of it.

Went in to get some trainer socks . Heather directed me to some good quality Salomon ones on Special offer by the counter £12 down to £8.50 and then buy one get second half price so got 2 packs for virtual price of 1 . Got 2 different colours and they are thick and good quality

I broke my hiking boots after 15 years of faithful use. Didn’t hold high hopes but was incredibly impressed by the service and attention given. Didn’t get any names but both the lady that helped try the boots and the man at the checkout were attentive, helpful, knowledgable and just generally nice. They also had a good range of stock at reasonable price.
My experience was super easy and helpful. Sophie made me laugh and she is a sweet girl. Definitely keep her about. Harry was an awesome guy and reached up in the high places that I couldn't reach...

Hi once again this year have reordered a pair of womens beach sandals and I also do normal walking lots of miles I have tried lots of different named makes over the years but these are by far the best the comfort is unbelievable and now I would not buy anything else thank you millets for another great pair would 100% recommend these for comfort and durability
