High quality ingredients. Delicious food. Good customer service. But a little pricey compared to competitiors
My daughter who lives in UK delivers meals and they are lovely but don't deliver in Guernsey so when I saw yours decided to try them. I am delighted how good they are. They make my meals more interesting and lovely. They arrive on time and we now enjoy a couple of days of different meal that we weren't eating before.

Great company. The food is easy to prepare, tasty and lots to choose from. It has always been delivered on time in clever packaging to keep the food cool. I feel I am eating more healthily and helping the planet.
The quality of the meat is excellent and the recipes are creative. Best recipe box we've tried.

I have ordered and prepared about 20 meals from Mindful Chef so far, after giving up on two of the larger meal kit providers due to too many potatoes. All meals so far have arrived with no issues. Although more expensive than the other two, the quality, variety, and most importantly portion sizes are absolutely fantastic, and does justify the extra cost. The meals just feel so much more fresh and healthy and give a great sense of accomplishment once made. Shout out to the app too - it's super simple to use and you can choose several weeks in advance. I also like that they give a little leaflet with all the recipes in one place, rather than stuffing the box full of 5 sheets of paper instructions. However, the cooking instructions do not seem to be in the app if you lose the leaflet. There is a subtitle for it but it's not working for me. I also bought a couple of the ready meals for homeworking lunches and you could tell the difference to off the shelf supermarket ones. My only real criticism would be the cooking times - I'm finding I'm taking about 50% more time at least than in the leaflet. And I'm pretty go go go. Although if you're cooking with someone else the times may be more realistic.
We've been using Mindful Chef for a couple of weeks now and it's great...not sure why I haven't rated it five stars! Recipes are very clear, food is great quality and tastes brilliant. I really like the pause element on the subscription which works well for me with work and my availability to cook. Would definitely recommend if you want tasty recipes, sourced from quality providers that's packed with the nutrients you need (oh, and the right portion size - shocker for us, we're still adapting to it!).

Good quality ingredients, great flavours, lots of tempting meal options plus spot on deliveries. Good value and really impressive.
I cannot rate this company enough. Being dairy free and gluten free, having the delicious recipes and produce delivered directly to my door, takes the hassle out of deciding what to cook each night. I like that I get to choose from different menus each week and I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything, in fact my friends say how fab the food looks!! What we need now are Mindfulchef restaurants.
I have been a customer for quite a few years now and love the ethos and the tasty recipes. However I get the large box for 4 and we really struggle with portion size particularly rice, prawns etc.. We are often hungry afterwards after spending well over a £100 each week. Considering whether to continue membership which is such a shame.
Really enjoyed cooking my first selection from Mindful Chef. The ingredients were very fresh and all present and correct! The dishes were very flavoursome and enjoyable although perhaps could have done with a little sauce as they were a little ‘dry’. It may just be our taste to be fair. I’ve just received my second box and cooked the first meal from that -Spanish Chicken- and this was lovely. It was also a nice surprise that we got a booklet containing all the recipes from that week, not just the ones we ordered. Very happy so far!
Recipes are reliable. Fresh fish portions becoming noticeably smaller and thinner.
All gluten free so easy to choose when one is coeliac and another needs dairy free as only one problem to deal with. Very good instructions, nutritious and quick to cook. Most of packaging recyclable too. Best of all you get all the recipes
Delicious flavours but the black rice is problematic. It remained hard even after extending the cooking time. Either brown rice or a pack of prepared black rice as with other recipes would improve and lead to 5 stars. Otherwise perfect
