The customer service at Minted was excellent. I had an issue with my order that was entire my fault and when I reached out to customer service they responded almost immediately and graciously helped me fix my error very quickly. I received my corrected order just a few days after the original was received. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience and will certainly be using Minted in the future.
I recently ordered wedding invitations and set up a wedding website. I had a few glitchy problems with the website. (Probably user error) That said Minted’s was very responsive to my needs on the Chat Box. I was happy with my completed order and you do not have to be a graphics wizard to use their templates and web design. Highly recommend.

Among assorted wedding related items, we ordered wedding programs. We needed to use both front and back for out text. At my request, a small coordinating design was added to the back of the card for a finished look. Perfect! I was very happy.
I have ordered announcements a few times and have always been more than satisfied. Last night I ordered another set and decided this morning I needed to add a note on the back I spoke to customer service via text and it was worked out quickly and easily. I am waiting for my proof now. The cards are always quality and what I love more than anything is they come addressed!! Quality, easy to work with great customer service.
The customer service team at Minted was superb. There were real people, and lots of them attended to my orders and caught and resolved issues. Plus I am very pleased with the quality and delivery time. I searched a bunch of web sites for invitations and struggled with most. Minted is the best.
I made a typo on my wedding invitations and somehow didn’t notice until they came in the mail. I was immediately panicked and worried that I would have to spend all that money again because the mistake was my fault. Customer service emailed me back on a Sunday evening after hours and resolved the issue right away. I was completely refunded and able to reorder them and fix my mistake. Niña Mae was so understanding of how important and stressful the wedding planning process was and replied to my emails within minutes. I am so happy we chose minted for our wedding invitations and I will continue to use them for any stationary needs I have.
Minted had exactly what I was looking for in graduation announcements and party invitations. It was so easy to design and they made any changes I wanted within 24 hours. I actually received my order days before I was expected it.

The site is super easy to navigate. Making changes and edits is super easy and stress free. I had an issue with the colour of my prints and they immediately fixed the issue and provided me with a solution. 100% worth the price! The quality is outstanding!
Minted had the all-time best baby shower invitation ever. I ordered it, and maybe due to my ineptitude with the computer, it returned to me with a less than stellar presentation. Minted was great to work with, and with their cooperation we produced a wonderful product. After much searching, their invitation was by far the most creative and inventive, and the company was very accommodating.

The entire Minted team was truly awesome to work with. Very professional and responsive to a couple issues I had. One was on the Minted side and the team took great care of me; and the other was on my side when I made a mistake on a printed item for my daughter's wedding. In both instances they went above and beyond in helping me. Minted will always be my first choice for printed items!
Although I did not receive the product I ordered and there were a couple of frustraing points, the representatives stayed in contact with me and ultimately solved my problem and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate what they did for me and the professional and understanding way in which they dealt with the entire matter.

I was recommended to Minted from a friend who did all her wedding stationary through them -- I love it! The options are amazing, I love the fact that there are a ton of accessories and additional items I didn't even think of that are offered, there is always a deal available, and the fact that someone can proof and advise me on my process is fantastic! And the additional address app made getting everyone's addresses, emails, phone numbers a breeze. I'm using it forever for all my letter writing needs. I got my order so fast -- a full week ahead of when it was expected to arrive and am so, so happy with how it turned out.

Having read the invitations dozens of times and still missing that indianapolis was spelled incorrectly, called minted, they replaced them no questions asked, and had them shipped to me within 2 days. Their customer service was speedy and amazing. So impressed and will continue to use minted and tell people about this amazing experience.
