Although my order was slightly delayed I received frequent updates and the communication was excellent, I would definitely shop with Mister Spex again
They printed the label incorrectly so my address isn’t shown properly, and now they are refusing to help or give me a refund. My glasses have been lost and the customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs - I am £200 down and no sunglasses to show for it
Delivery a little long but, for genuine RBs at this price it's a price worth paying.

Experienced some difficulty specifying glasses, Delivery quite slow. When the glasses arrived they were so out of shape as to render them unwearable. Ive tried to get them adjusted but most opticians are reluctant to adjust glasses they haven't sold. I will buy glasses from optician in the future as the price difference isn't that great and at least you get a wearable product
