Good range of phones and deals, grabbed an as new iPhone 11 with unlimited data, calls and texts for just £22 pm. However, misleading order form when arranging to transfer old number across to new phone. The screen instructed me to obtain a STAC code, when it should have asked for a PAC code. I didn’t know the difference and the consequences of using a STAC weren’t explained. This deleted my old number, rather than keeping it. After lots of phone calls to new supplier, old supplier and MPD, eventually had a delay of a week getting my old number ported across after complaining.
