Over 2 weeks for delivery. Missed the occasion…

Over 2 weeks for delivery when it was advertised as 48 hours. Not delayed by customs or anything, it took a week to even ship and it's been another week since then and I'm still waiting. Ordered a tiara for my daughters christening but it's a week past it and counting. Don't buy if you need it fast, the website misrepresents delivery times.

Slow online service and cancelled items

I have ordered online many times before but my latest experience was not good. The order took much longer than usual to be picked and packed which is probably why 2 out of the 4 items ordered were cancelled. I am assuming that this is because they were out of stock by the time the order was picked (even though one of them is still showing as in stock on the website 10 days after ordering). Ok they didn't charge me until packed so I only got charged for what was sent. But it's not the point. You want to be able to make an order and be reasonably confident that you will get those items. I think that either the way stock levels are updated online and/or gap between order and order picking need to be looked at. The items that I did receive were the usual great quality though.

Bluewater store

Just visited the Monsoon Bluewater store today and had superb service - although I was unable to find the blouse I wanted. The American lady could not have been more helpful in trying to help me and even called me back to say that she had been unable to locate the blouse I wanted. What service! Well done Bluewater!

Terrible first order experience and now my last!

Placed an order a week ago using the introductory discount code. I heard nothing about it until this morning when I received a message saying one of the items (a pink tray) was out of stock and had been cancelled. After checking the website it is still available to purchase. So you are either lying because you didn’t want to send it at a discount or your website is lying about stock levels. Either way, that is shockingly bad customer service. This was my first order and most definitely my last. Order no. 2000015102

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Placed my order over a week ago. Still no tracking number or that it has even been shipped. All you can do is what’s app and you get the same old automated response. I will contacting my bank soon and reporting it if I don’t get any answers soon STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I still have items from 20 years ago

I still have items from 20 years ago, albeit I csn no longer fit in them sadly. The skirts and dresses I purchased, always garnered positive comments and questions about where I got them from. These last 5 years or so, Monsoon has been parading 'The Emperor's New Clothes' far too long. Awful designs and patterns. Print reminiscent of every table cloth spec going. Wild and unrecognisable floral prints and worst of all constant stitching fails. I have to regularly stitch a lot of my Monsoon wear. There was a time I couldn't wait to spend my reward vouchers, but now, I no longer care. Still appreciate the range and generosity of sizing across materials. Oh and when you use models to advertise the clothes, at least put them in decent looking footwear or none at all.

Waste of time and money.Horrible customer service

I have ordered a few times at Monsoon and was relatively satisfied. The quality is not great, but my kids had seen some clothes they really wanted so I gave in. I have always returned part of my order and until now all went ok. The last return was refunded incorrectly so I wrote to the customer service and they said (after explaining the issue to them about 5 times) that they would look into it. This happened 2 weeks ago, I’ve sent a reminder a few days ago but they didn’t bother to answer. I do most of shopping online and this never happened before. I obviously won’t be shopping at Monsoon anymore but to those who do, check your refunds carefully !

I love your clothes but your admin is…

I love your clothes but your admin is atrocious. I am a rewards member and never get to use my vouchers as when I checkout it says not valid. I requested for points to be corrected over 2 years ago this has not been done and I have lost every rewards voucher and then get emails saying my query has been resolved when it hasn't. Can you please resolve my query which is now over 2 years old.

Monsoon took an unauthorised second…

Monsoon took an unauthorised second payment and when I contacted them to resolve it I was offered an apology and that was it. They told me I needed to contact the bank or just wait for the money to be released (after I told them that the bank said they can’t release the money). I find it disgraceful that Monsoon are holding on to a large sum of my money and refusing to help or even take it seriously! Be wary of buying from Monsoon!!!

Poor customer service

I returned a bag to get a refund. It has been almost 2 weeks and they have misplaced my delivery. When I email, they say they are investigating then they just close my complaint as 'resolved' without actually resolving anything or replying to my emails. First and last time I shop with them do not recommend at all due to poor customer service.

I wrote after buying two jumpers to request spare buttons in case they were needed (they should have been in the plastic bag attached to the inner size tag) but were missing- told by monsoon, in future dont write via head office customer care dept as we dont have a live dept there - and then and we dont supply spare buttons either by request - they hadn;t even supplied them IN the actual garment bought either!
