I had a problem with an order. The sizing is hugely off. I had to make 3 orders of different sizes and still not appropriate sizing for my son. Really terrible experience with the customer service despite my explanation of the disibiluties my son has meaning we were over the 28 days return policy. Complete disregard for inclusivity or any humility shown. Asked to see their equality and diversity policy which they don’t have. The complaints department were really ignorant haven’t even answered my questions I’ve been back and fourth for over 2 months and not got anywhere. The spend with this company is over £200. I have not asked for a refund, just a change for appropriate fitting to fit a disabled child. I even went into detail of his struggles and they showed no empathy at all. I will not be shopping here again and will be referring to trading standards. I was really shocked as when we’ve explained issues with orders with other similar companies in the same situation they’ve been great. Monterrain are fantastic very inclusive and take into account your invividual situation I will be sticking with them in future stay far away from Monterex shocking company. Wish could give lower review the lowest of the low. I’ve got a suspicion the person dealing with the complaints is the Director/CEO raising quite serious concern that this type of discriminatory behaviour is embedded in the culture of this company.
Had an issue with payment and was sorted without any hesitation the payment was back in my account within the hour. Husband, son and grandson where also pleased with there clothes. Happy customer
