Terrible customer service. Delivery failed and no communication whatsoever from the company after multiple days. Ordered as a birthday present which will no longer arrive now.

Brilliant idea and a great gift or treat to yourself when you need a pick me up. Lovely soft material and bright colours. Silly and Happy bear are my favourites and my children love the mini mood bears. The minis are the perfect size for taking away on holiday or popping in a kids backpack.
My mother originally ordered me and my sister a mood bear each has we both mental health and they have helped us both. We loved them so much we now have 6 bears and can’t wait for another. I ordered the wrong bear by mistake and emailed Jo and she was more than happy to help she responded fast And was happy to assist. Thank you we love our bears. Definitely be ordering again 🙂 The delivery was fast and on point.
I now have a full set of 8 regular, and 8 mini bears. The quality is great, and they look lovely as a collective 'family' of bears. I brought the regular size bears first, and the whole process was hassle free with prompt delivery. When I ordered the mini bears, 7 arrived promptly and hassle free, but there has been a lengthy delay on the mini Hope bear getting back in stock and posted out. After several helpful emails, looking for info and updates, the final mini bear arrived today 01.08.23. Glad to have both full sets now.

First order of 3 small bears was ok. Then ordered a large bear which turned into a nightmare. This is sadly a classic example of getting ‘ to big for your boots’ . Months now and NO bear . Appalling customer service. Eventually got a refund after threatening ‘further’ action. Checked the refund and even that’s WRONG.Great cause and wanted to support sadly they wouldn’t let me.
Waiting since mid May for a bear that was pre-ordered for delivery in a couple of weeks. No communication from company unless I emailed them apart from one email sent out at the start of July. Now they say it’s been delivered - it hasn’t - once again after me chasing them. This is the second bear I have bought, the first bear wasn’t without porblems either took too long on delivery 2 weeks when it had said w/5 days on ordering. Sadly the ethos of this company makes you want to buy but customer service is severely lacking even the language used in emails, no apology, no customer focus. Sadly I will not use or recommend this company again
