I have the 3 set and they are beautiful! Had them for around 2 years now. Rose gold ones but the gold on the outer part of the ring had chipped off completely. Disappointing really but some are cheaper than others I guess. I was looking at some others before this happened but would not purchase again.
I order a ring it was very nice but came in the rose gold instead of yellow gold. I requested an exchange. I had to send the item back for £20 from the UK to America then they requested a further £10 to send out the new ring. Never heard of a company like it. I assume they are a small company so please bear in mind before ordering as you will be out of pocket!!
Edited to add my order #: Order #506198. I bought a hearts ring and after a few wearings (to my office job) a heart popped out and was lost. I contacted customer service three months after I purchased it and they said this was "normal wear and tear" and outside the 2-year warranty. I wouldn't waste your money on this jewelry - they don't stand by the quality of their products.
I bought this for my Fiancée not too long ago, about a year or so has passed, and the Ruby smack dab in the middle fell out. I had a 2 year warranty on it, so as any normal person would expect, we could get it fixed with that, WRONG! The ruby no longer being in the middle is supposedly deemed as "wear and tear" and doesn't cover the warranty, what covers it? not that apparently. If this wasn't her favorite ring, I wouldn't be buying it again, but she loves it, so I'm certainly part of the problem with purchasing it again, but that's on me.

I've had a great experience in the past with such unique, eye-catching and "oh my goodness where did you get that!?"-types of questions from so many... well fast forward about 3 hrs and after giving many moonmagic jewelry sets as gifts to numerous loved ones...it's now time for this girl to treat her self again! I placed a large value order from UK - about $565. It said delivery within 8 - 16 working days but it's been 15 working days and still not dispatched. I have emailed them twice now requesting an update and have not heard anything back.
So at first I had a couple issues (was given a discount code I couldn't use, things like that). But then I ordered something and turned out having to send it back (nothing wrong with it, I just wanted something different) and the customer service I received in exchanging items was excellent. Olivera was SUPER helpful, and made sure to communicate throughout the process of me sending my first ring back and getting the new one. Actually I ended up getting 2 new ones and I LOVE them! I highly recommend this company for beautiful rose gold jewelry. (Just be advised that shipping takes a while!)
