I reached out to customer service when my items had not been delivered by Evri. I was contacted back quickly by Nikola who told me to get back in touch if I'd not received it in another couple of days. I hadn't and I sent in a screen shot of the Evri tracking saying it would be delivered to me on 11 days ago - but it still hadn't. Again Nikola got back to me quickly and looked into it and found it had got lost in delivery, so immediately reordered everything for me and had it next day delivered and I would receive an email confirming this. Which is exactly what happened, and my items all got delivered the next day. Not only that Nikola was polite, helpful and very apologetic for the non-delivery, which was clearly not mountain warehouse's problem but with Evri the delivery. She couldn't have been more helpful - thank you
Was served by Jordan who on hearing the 2 pairs of shorts i liked weren’t in the correct size promptly went and found one of the pairs. Bubbly, helpful and enthusiastic, he informed me the other pair could be sent to my home with free delivery. Great 👍 problem solved. On trying one of the pairs on i met a young assistant on the stairs who greeted me with a welcoming smile and hello. Excellent staff, i would recommend this store. Thank you.
Went into your store in Stratford upon Avon during the week, while on a day trip. Recieved the most amazing customer service from Jamie. While he seem to be working alone. He informed us about the extra 20% off. Then proceeded to help us with everything we were looking for. While also serving other people in the store. Then giving us an excellent experience at the till. Very impressive experience. Will be back next time in Stratford

I had three orders and needed to return something from each. Sobia Parveen assisted me to my satisfaction so I wouldn’t need to pay for 3 return shipping labels as suggested by a previous representative. I was very pleased with Sobia’s response.
Whilst the warehouse made an error their customer service was 5 star and resolved the issue swiftly with little effort on my part.

Extremely Happy. My first time experience with purchasing items from Mountain Warehouse has far exceeded my expectations... Online clothing purchases for me is a concern with correct sizing. I purchased a soft-shell jacket, a fleece, 2 hiking trousers and base layer thermals of which were all a perfect fit. (following their size charts).I found them a true fit. I had communications with Mariola their customer service care representative whom I messaged with and her more than helpful support gave me the confidence in my online purchasing affair and her reassurance in my ability to a return and refund process (which I won't need anyway) was wonderful. Postage was also very quick and well communicated. Thank you!
Camilla Matz was fabulous and very efficient in sorting out an issue with delayed parcel delivery, not her fault but managed to resolve the problem and my parcel arrived within a few hours. I have used mountain warehouse before and have been very pleased with the quality of their products. This is the one and only time there has been a problem. Thanks Camilla

When my parcel was incorrectly delivered to another unknown house, Sobia @MountainWarehouse was on the case and sourced me an immediate replacement which I'm thankful to say arrived next day.
Although not able to sort out my issue (which was my fault) they were helpful and communicative.
I ordered a trolley Jan 2024 and still haven’t received it. It’s now May. I have emailed and haven’t had any response or refund. I am shocked as usually a great company. Very disappointed

I ordered several items one of which was damaged on receiving it. The jacket had a hole in it. Customer support was useless. They are sending me damaged item and then making me deal with the return of it. They are clearly not checking the quality of the items before they send which means they don't value their customers. This jacket was a present now its ruined and it was purchased from Mountain Warehouse not Chinese second hand store. Terrible customer support. For anyone reading if they mess up your order completely you have two options: 1. Pay to return the useless damaged item. 2. Pay to drive a store which costs more in petrol. They are not a serious business and best avoided.
I had to return a jacket as it was not as described on the website and did not perform as expected. Joanne dealt with the return and refund professionally and efficiently. I would not hesitate to buy from Mountain Warehouse again.
I had a problem with a pair of boots sold via MW. I didn’t have my receipt and wondered if I’d even get any response. I have not had such a personal service and support when it comes to a return/refund question. It’s felt like a totally personal, hassle free response. Gail Mornell has excelled with that personal service approach. Bravo MW!!
