4 missing items from my delivery and was only offered £5 credit on account. £4.59 £2.75 £2.97 £1.25 Cannot afford to be out of pocket. Customer Services not good at all. Don't waste your money
If you contact the support email you get blocked, if you call their number it doesn't exist and if you send them a message on messenger all you get a 10 quid off code. If it smells like a scam, feels like a scam then guess what I got scammed.
First order great. Second order messed up by DPD got a £10 gift voucher! 3rd order sent pork sausages instead of chicken . Offered a £10 voucher, never got my chicken sausages and don’t even like pork ones. Only bought them because of last voucher! Customer service is appalling .
The guys can deliver at all times! If you need a few beers when the shops are closed call these guys.
Used to have a lot of good to say about Muscle Food, but not anymore. Service levels have fallen dramatically lately, they haven’t bothered to provide tracking information as promised on several orders of late. Crossed off items from a delivery but emailed me to tell me items were missing a day after I discovered the missing goods by opening the box, despite these being pre ordered. Plus an order placed 8 days before to arrived on 3rd of May didn’t turn up and their joke of a “customer services” team are now ignoring the 3 separate emails sent on different days requesting a refund for the goods that I have since had to purchase elsewhere. They’ve had over £74 of my cash since 25th of April and by refusing to respond to my emails are essentially refusing to give it back. Once they were great, but I don’t know what the hell is going on with them lately. Food is good quality, but if they won’t deliver it when required, or refund then what is the point of giving them my hard earned cash.
Second order from the company having been impressed with the first. Ordered a lot more on my second order, freezing most of it and leaving some to cook. However upon opening it I found that a large portion of the food was utterly rotten and green stinking my kitchen out in the process. The food was nowhere near the expiry date on the packaging. Having frozen the vast majority of the food I have no idea how much of it is rotten and won’t until it is defrosted. I duly took photos of the rancid meat and contacted MuscleFood. At first they were receptive and emailed back very quickly. However after I declined a £15 off voucher they ceased all communication with me and are now not replying to emails. I don’t feel £15 off another order it acceptable as postage alone is £7 making it in reality a voucher of £8. I also have a freezer full of potential rotten meat.
Forst order was lovely. Just ordered 10kg chicken breast. Package arrived by DPD the delivery driver apologised the state of the box and he had to tape it up. Opened the box to find one 2.5kg pack missing, the second was open and all the juices leaked into the bottom. The frozen bags were practically melted. Have emailed them but not received a reply. Won't be ordering again.
When ordering explains you would get loads of products etc It’s small portions - due to advertising I thought it would last me the month - last two weeks worth of meals at a push Imported meat from Romania, Spain, Uruguay etc Low quality and tastes fatty
We got our first order from them last week, which was a couple of meat hampers. Good quality meat, delivered on time. Will order again.
Hate this site with a passion. I tried to stop all annoying marketing emails, they don't allow it. So, I emailed them to sort it out, they said it was all fixed, and then received 10 emails in the next 3 days. I dont want emails, I dont want texts. I'll use them as and when I want without reminders and offers. It's an insult to the people on a budget. They have NO empathy
Ordered around £40 of chicken (great value), ended up having to cancel my order. The customer support was fantastic, I received an email response very quickly and the issue was solved within a few hours; I was even sent the food anyway after the refund due a mistake and was allowed to keep it. Will definitely recommend using their service, I will again in the future

Ordered my 1st hamper on Sunday was supposed to arrive Wednesday apparently it was delivered at 12:33 and left outside according to them and dpd. The team sent me a picture of where it was delivered shock !!!! It wasn’t my house I’ve now sent pictures of my front and back door and given then clear instructions to where I live. Funny I’ve not heard anything back since. Absolutely fuming is an understatement.
The meat is top quality, cannot fault it, have been ordering for the last 6 months no issues, new website had teething problems but no big deal all sorted now, only get my meat from here now, and been promoting to friends and family, Keep up the great work 👍🏻
Extremely disappointed with my experience with this company ordered €60 worth of food was meant to be delivered on the 30/4/24 the day before this I was contacted to say there was a supplier problem and it would be the next day so I said that’s fine then on the day of delivery I was contacted again to say it would not be delivered for another day. I received no apology or explanation horrible service provided would not recommend this company to anyone.
I just made my first purchase from Muscle Food and it went very well. The food was delivered on time and was great pieces of meet at a very competitive price. I incorrectly put in my email address and contacted customer services, Theo was polite and informed me that my order had been dispatched and DPD would be contacting me. I will use again
Musclefood were an honest provider and a great help to my diet. Now they are just a money grabbing corporation. They have recently undergone a change in their website - transferring all the account information as before. However they very conveniently keep your existing subscriptions in the old website which is no longer accessible - hoping you would forget so they can keep collecting your payments. I have no way of changing this or cancelling my order. The support team confirmed this to me and haven't helped with this at all so far! This preadatory practice is a poor reflection on their senior management! The issue is currently ongoing with email the only way for contact. The web chat function does not work! EDIT: The issue was sorted swiftly a day after this review was published. I'm glad this was sorted and with no payments taken. I'm also happy with how quickly the customer support team responded. However just the mere fact that this was allowed to happen through their website refresh has put me off Musclefood completely
This was such a good choice to keep on track with healthy eating and always having the meat ready to come out of the freezer. So much easier and the meat is such good quality
ordered 69.99 worth of food, including 19.00 fish hamper I received 2 cod fillets the rest was missing. Contacted MF and they offered me a 15 pound discount voucher that was to be used with a minimum spend bloody cheeky in my opinion
