I will not use music magpie again to trade anything device in. I have had nothing but hassle. I have waited two weeks for my payment even though they said the funds would be release once they had done their checks. I had to chase my payment and they said they had the wrong bank details and that I had send my bank details again! Which I did, bearing in mind these details were the same ones I inputted when I began my trade in. I would not be recommending using music magpie to anyone.
I have bought dvd's from Music Magpie many times. I just wish that the region code was always prominently displayed....Great service and prices, thank you...❤️
Very easy to use and a brilliant first class service. Received a very good offer for iPhone, after anccepting immediately sent a label by email, boxed up phone and sent same day. Receipt of phone was acknowledged just two days after sending and later that day confirmation that payment was being made by bank transfer. Next day payment was in bank account.

My brother wanted an old jazz cd which is not readily available. Looked online and a few available that were either silly money or not great condition. Because I have sold several phone to Music Magpie I thought to give them a look, and there was the cd refurbished, in great condition and at a great price. I have used Music Magpie to buy second hand dvd's, Blu-Rays, and consoles and I have had an excellent experience every time, I have even had to use their customer service for a console which failed under warranty, they sent me out a new console and a printable label to return the faulty unit for free, problem was sorted very quickly.
