I had some issues with delivery (fault on my side) and the customer service team were amazing with amending the delivery address and updating me on the delivery tracking! I have just received the mini kit and it is amazing! Everything you need in one for a very good price. I have used Mylee products in the past so I know that I am going to be getting great quality.

Great gel nail polish, stays just as long as if you'd have it done in a salon plus big variety of colours and quick delivery!
I was a bit sceptical about how well this gel polish would last with me doing it myself, I was pleasantly surprised! It's so thick and lovely to apply, that it makes it very easy to stay on the nail where applied rather than dribbling into the sides of your nail, love the colours I chose too! It says up to 3 weeks chip free, I lasted 10 days then got bored so wanted to change my colour, it hadn't chipped or lifted at all! Very impressed & well worth the money given the trips to the salon costs I'm going to save! Great communication from customer services, I had a few questions prior to buying. Awesome product & I look forward to ordering more colours! Please bring out more neon colours Mylee! X
I recently made my first purchase from Mylee. There was an issue with my order which lead me to contact Mylee customer Service. I was connected to Beatrice from customer support team who could have not been more helpful! She is an absolute star and she deserves to be recognized for excellent customer services skills. She shown compassion and care towards me and was extremely polite. Thanks to her my issue was sorted within 24 hours which I could not be happier about! I love the products and I am looking forward to be buying some more Mylee gel polishes! They last really well and are super easy to use. Overall 5 ⭐ service!

Great product and great customer service. I emailed Mylee with a query about their product and I recieved a quick response with a detailed break down on what I could be doing wrong. I listened to Beatrice's advice and I am now enjoying my beautiful nails.
All companies are good until have issue and have to deal with them, showed how awful their customer service is, avoid. Keep denying you brought something from them, even though have proof, will be looking at claiming through creditcard company. Brought Mylee Gel set for partner at Christmas. Months ago she had issues with the gels when started using it. Contacted Mylee with all order details and have stated cannot find history of order, never existed. Although screen shots have been taken of the direct order with them and sent to them, with order number and original email confirmation I had, they still say order doesn't exist. Funny that I have there loyalty programme showing with order placed. As such won't even acknowledge that I placed an order. Would avoid like bad nail polish. Months dragged on, just given up now and will avoid it the future.

Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with some nail tips that I bought as they were all incompatible with my natural nail shape. I bought the ‘Mylee Complete Waxing Kit - Soft Honey Wax’ (MYLWKIT5-HONEY) and I have never been so disappointed in a wax kit. The wax pot itself doesn’t heat up properly meaning you can barely melt your wax, the wax leaves a horrible sticky residue on your skin and the wax strips literally rip in half leaving a thin sheet of the strip on your face that is nearly impossible to get off. I have been left with torn off skin which burns anytime I move. I have been qualified in waxing for 6+ years and in that entire time have never had any issues waxing myself or other people. I normally love Mylee nail products etc but I am appalled at the quality of this kit and couldn’t recommend it less. I have raised a ticket with you via your website 26/4/24
Was für eine Geldverschwendung. Ich habe wirklich gehofft, dass ich es ganz einfach zu Hause anwenden kann, wie man in deren Videos zeigt. Nein! Das Creme Wax wird auf der Haut überhaupt nicht hart, sondern bleibt cremig und somit ist das waxen der jeweiligen Körperstelle unmöglich. Da reißt man sich die Haut mit weg. Der Wax Heater hat diesen Pot geschmolzen und das Wax ist ausgelaufen (obwohl im Video gezeigt wird, dass man es in dem Plastikteil rein stellen kann. Die Temperatur war ebenfalls richtig eingestellt). Wenn ich es nicht sauber bekomme, dann ist das Ganze für die Tonne. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist zwar gut, aber nicht gut genug. Eigentlich würde ich null Punkte geben, aber den einen Punkt bekommt dieses Silikon Teil, was man heraus nehmen kann.
Beware I had an allergic reaction to Mylee gels. My nails were starting to separate and come away from the bed. The skin on the top of my fingers near the nail were shredding and it was extremely itchy and painful. It started slowly at first. Every time I used it the reaction got worse. I had blinkers on because I was so desperate to have lovely nails at home and enjoyed doing them myself. Eventually I gave in and I’m glad I did. I stopped using these products a year ago, and my nails are finally nearly healed. Had I have continued who knows what state they would be in now. Or if I’d have had to visit a doctor. They say once you become allergic to at home gel nails, they can lead to being allergic to more serious things. I must stress, although they are now healed, my nails are now much shorter than they used to be, and no longer a nice shape. So in some ways I have to now live with this for the rest of my life. I’m just grateful that I didn’t lose my nails or end up worse. Don’t have blinkers on. Do your research. It isn’t worth it.
I’ve just ordered several bottles of gel plus a couple of other things, using the 15% new customer enticement. Initially it only took 10% off so I emailed before placing the order. I then received a text offering a further 5% as items were still in my basket, to tempt me to complete the purchase. Fourteen emails and four days later I’m still awaiting the correct discount/refund, much back and forth and repetitive information requested/given. Really disappointing. Had I ordered from Amazon as I was initially going to do, (instead of supporting the company directly as I prefer to do), I would have had my items next day and a speedy, easy resolve. Very frustrating and time consuming. As yet still awaiting the refund!

I ordered my own mini kit and it has been Amazing, love my nails and won’t be going back to a salon now. I did however have my base coats brush go completely solid after my second use due to doing my nails in the sun. I messaged Myleeofficial on Instagram to ask what I did wrong as I was unaware you couldn’t do that, they messaged me back straight away and offered to replace my bottle. I had no intention of that happening, but they were so kind and helpful and their reply’s are very quick. I had the new base coat within 2 days. Amazing service and can’t fault them.
