From start to finish the whole experience of ordering, purchasing and the delivery of our new Sofa onto our Narrowboat, was absolutely Faultless. We purchased this sofa because of the 'good' reviews but now we cannot possibly see that they are true and honest. The video on the site that shows how to put together the sofa is completely inaccurate as that is not how the pieces arrive and there is much more to assemble. It was near on impossible to get some of the pieces to fit as the parts are so badly made. Myself and my husband put it together and luckily my husband is quite strong. He ended up with cuts and bruises on his hands from having to force some of the pieces to fit. There was no way I would've had the strength to do hardly any of it myself. The material that you stretch over the wood is described to be a tight fit in order to make it fit for purpose however when the seams are sown incredibly wonky they are near on impossible to slide over as it creates a bottle neck for the wood. We paid an extra £60 for 4 pieces of wood with 'feet' in order to gain storage draws. This was a complete waste of money as the storage space is already there and they've just given us a piece of wood to shove on the floor inside the sofa. These pieces are so badly cut as well. Because of how badly made it is, the sofa doesn't look right. The parts don't fit together well. The wood is cut badly and the material coverings are sown dreadfully making everything just look off and very wonky. There are large gaps between the pillows at the back of the sofa. Considering how much we paid, the sofa is very very cheap and I wouldn't recommend purchasing to anyone. Order number: 203945

We had to find a sofa that would be able to be delivered through our narrow entrance and hallway as found that our current sofa would not fit when we moved recently. We came across this company on-line and although I really did not want to buy something I hadn't tried, I really should not have worried. The 8 fabric samples we asked for arrived 2 days after ordering. We chose the fabric, ordered the sofa and the delivery time was fixed for the date of our preference. The delivery person text me 1st thing in the morning to provide an ETA for the day, which was extremely helpful, and when he arrived he was lovely and polite. Our sofa was put together in our lounge and it is truly lovely, very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The after-sales customer service too was wonderful. I have since recommended this company to family and friends, and would not hesitate to use them again, even if I do not have any further issues with space etc!!
Easy to place order and paid with Klarna which helps when on a budget. Customer service good and delivery team very helpful. We love our new chair as it matches the sofa we bought from you some time ago. We are going to order some spare covers next.

Had a delivery and collection, Kristian kept me fully updated by text from first thing enabling me to plan the day and then messaged a more specific arrival time. Friendly, helpful and polite.
I had a wonderfully helpful and knowledgable member of the team come and correct a few issues with the original delivery. I am not sure of his name but he was charming, polite and Greek. He gave and showed me tips on how to preserve the smooth look and appearance of my sofa cushions/ensure the foam remained in good shape and how to ensure things stayed in place. He also helped move a rug under the large u-shaped sofa and was so meticulous and respectful. I wish everyone who delivered items from other companies could be like this individual. Great product and great personal care and customer service.
The choice of products and colours is immense and does not affect the delivery time. Ordered East Sunday and was still here in 4 days. I have a 400 year old town house, that's impressive to get anything inside, unless flatpacked. It fits. It's comfortable and beautiful colour. I might replace the foam seat cushions, but they are sturdy for now. My only grip was as I suffer from an illness that restiricts mobility, I paid for the installation. £95. However as only one person to unload and assemble I had to help carry and help to fit together as one arm was not going in. Not sure that paying for installation warrents you doing 50% of the work. But, the driver was lovely and patient and eventually it went together. Not sure it's coming apart again though.

Kristian kept me informed about his arrival time, was much appreciated. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. He suggested tips we could use in building the sofa bed which we found very useful. We have a very narrow front doorway and wanted a sofa bed for an upstairs study. The wide range of choices and fast delivery with choice of delivery date were a real bonus. Paid extra for assembly and driver whipped the parts upstairs and had it all put together and showed me how to use it within 15 minutes. Sofa is both firm and comfortable. I was a bit wary, but am very impressed.

Really excellent customer service. We needed the sofa delivered at very short notice and Nabru were extremely helpful, communicative and responsive. Would recommend.
Nabru sofas are extremely good if you have small entrance and awkward spaces as you can make it fit. We are reasonably happy with the sofa. HOWEVER, the seat foam deteriorated and we reordered some to replace the collapsed seat foams. Lo and behold, the foam replacement is worse in quality that ever! The seats did not even perform for a month. So I took it upon myself to find an independent sofa seat maker that provides the foam that is also wrapped with some wadding which performs so much better! When I complained about the lack of quality I received a written equivalent to a shoulder shrug and when resending my request to return the rubbish replacements, they completely ignored my email and the re-sent email. This is extremely uncourteous and does not reflect the prompt reaction of customer service when you try to re-order items, in which case they are fast and helpful. I like the fact that the sofa fits into our space, the fact that it provides storage but the seats seem to go within a couple of years to the point of unusable. So, if you have a method to get a replacement sofa through your door, maybe consider getting a better quality one. Or if you need to replace the seat foam, look for a GB foam company that does much better stuff.
Bought our first Nabru sofa over 11 years ago and was starting to show a bit of wear and tear. So we updated the foam, got a new set of covers and removed a chaise to add an arm. So pleased with it and the quality, it looks absolutely amazing. Customer service and delivery were both fantastic.
