We need to shut it down , I should have known if a business is on What’s up app! Don’t send me no message scammers send me my money ! If you don’t report you to the BBB

I recently placed an order from Nadula Hair and accidentally ordered the wrong length. I reached out via the chat option on the website and I was so pleased with the service I received! I was willing to pay the difference in price between the 10" and the 12" but my bank denied the transaction for pausable fraud. I was so sad and thought I would have to cancel the entire order, but Jessica was able to pull some strings and get management approval to give me the length I wanted at no extra charge. I wish customer service everywhere was this great. Needless to say, I will be ordering again in the near future!

I get daily text messages and never bought anything from them. They keep changing their phone number so I can’t block them.
This hair was silky smooth and the lace was perfect, I barely needed to customize to wear out of the box. I am really happy with this hair and the wig cap and will buy from here again. Also great customer service.
Product was definitely NOT as advertised, the wig I ordered was very sparse at the top and looked far from natural. Returning for a refund.
It is my first time to try and get hair from this company. I ordered and received a message that order was successful and the status on my order is in processing. Next day I got a message saying that my payment was not verified and not successful. I checked with payment and that purchase is appearing on my account as successful. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for 3 good days, email is not responded to, calls are not picked and the chat system cannot direct me to a human being. I have failed to get through to check on status of my order, noone has gotten back to me. Yet I am being bombarded with advertising messages every few minutes on my phone and even though I selected option to STOP receiving these messages they keep coming. I don't even know if there are actual humans in the office to help. Not a great first time experience.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company on February 22,2024. I ordered the Ameera same wig and the glueless kinky curly v part wig. I have had the worst time with SHEDDING! The entire lace portion of my wig is GONE! The density and the quality was a horrible, it is definitely not 180%, I have compared my other 180% wigs and it is more 150%. I do believe they send out lower quality products to every day consumers and send the better quality products to their influencers to hype up the sales. They refused to post my review to their pages because it isn't a positive one, they never offered to replace the wig or anything. I actually made a video this morning of how bad the hair has shed in the short amount of time I had it. I'm so disappointed, I really wanted to love their wigs but the quality and extremely poor customer service skills had me looking else where especially when I spent almost $400. Also beware of the spam emails, I get anywhere from 7-10 emails a day from them, it is honestly ridiculous and sad that they continue to harass you into buying lower quality wigs from influencers that leave 5 star reviews. Ameera being one of them. That little comment they made about how not to treat the wig. I DID NONE OF THAT STUFF TO THE WIG, LITERALLY RUN MY FINGERS THROUGH IT AND IT COMES OUT IN CLUMPS! They don't even address the issues about the reviews they don't post or the quality issues. Big scammers!
This is my third time working with Nadula and they have been very responsive throughout my order. I've worked with alot of other companies and Nadula is definitely the best. I will say this, no product is perfect and there may be times that you may receive hair that it is not up to par. While this is disappointing, Nadula cannot oversee every single product that ships so what I will say is to reach out to them and let them know so they can continue to improve quality control. In terms of density, go for 180% or more. The pre-bleached hairline is the best on the market for those of us who are medium skin tone with a yellow undertone, most of the other laces I find are too dark for me or too orange. Run, don't walk!
