I have been buying wine from Naked Wines for a number of years now and very rarely buy from other outlets. The wines I receive (even if I order a mixed mystery case) are usually of a high quality and good value for money. I like that they support independent wine makers, instead of big, faceless corporations. What I appreciate most about the company is their excellent customer service. Whenever I have had a problem with an order or delivery, which has not been that often, they have been extremely prompt to rectify it and compensate in some way. I would recommend Naked Wines to anyone who regularly drinks wine.
I love the wines, I have never had a bad bottle and the quality is excellent. The main reason for this review though is for the the customer service. I have just contacted them for a query and they are truly the best i've ever encountered. Thank you
I tried to resubscribe and use a voucher I had received but the website refused to honour the £75 off therefore you tried to charge me £206 for 6 bottles of wine. Poor show
“Been a member now for a couple of years. Generally like the choices, but to be honest, I’m a beer drinker. But when I come home I’ve now been steered in the direction of wine, more so Red.I had a bottle of Christian Patat totally tasteless. I have been reading the labels and getting the tastes according to the labels. This wines label has nothing to indicate flavors and certainly has no taste whatsoever.

Great website. Excellent wines. Great service. Being able to read customers reviews is hugely helpful and very reassuring.
The wine is good. Really good value and I love the idea of putting a few pounds aside each month to buy a case when I want one. The ethics are also spot on supporting smaller independent growers. The only place it really falls down is the delivery. Despite complaining and saying I would happily pay more for a courier like DPD they still insist on using Yodel. It’s not as if I haven’t given it a good go as I have now spent over £1,500 on their wine but will be cancelling my subscription purely because of Yodel. Usually delivered to the wrong address and just left in a hallway. Been rearranged numerous times. They can’t even return it to their own delivery depot the last box turned up 5 days late because of a bank holiday too. Sad but there are other providers out there where I don’t have to worry about whether the items will actually turn up or not.
Love the wines and the service
I love the wine and the service from Naked wine but the delivery is a different matter. When I order wine, I arrange delivery for a day when I know I will be there to receive it. The last couple of times and again today, the box was left outside. Two of us were in today but the driver did not ring the doorbell or leave the card they are supposed to leave if they think for some reason we are not in. Yodel, the offender has a feedback form but if they don't ask the right questions they won't get a true reflection of the service, which I guess is deliberate. The box was delivered on time and was intact. Ask me if I took delivery in person or was left a card and you would receive the score deserved. In the past, the box has been delivered earlier than expected and was left on the doorstep in the rain and in full view or anyone passing. Again, I was in but the door bell is there for a reason - so I can receive the goods in person. Finally, I am venting here on Trust Pilot because Naked have no way of logging a complaint other than via the awful Chat thing. I think it is important that you understand how your orders are delivered so that you can make informed decisions about the service you use.
Great wines at good value prices,at first a bit sceptical signing up but did so the wines are fantastic quality competitive prices and are not on the supermarket shelves. Did cancel my angel subscription but still get offered great case deals occasionally
My neighbour natasha taylor who lives in the CH63 2PA area was kind enough to give me a bottle of wine that she bought from Naked wines. The wine was very nice and far better than more expensive wines at my local supermarket. I would highly recommend the wine from this company and the prices are very reasonable especially for the quality you are getting. Give it a go you will not be disappointed
Sell great wine at a good price, support upcoming winemakers and offer sound advice to customers. Good ethics, good service, easy to order and quick delivery
Nice wine's which they keep sending even though I have cancelled the subscription twice. I don't want the wine anymore . It gets sent well before the due date. No chance to stop it. If they don't respond to the stop subscription button in the account I am not sure what else to do. Unhappy customer.

I noticed that Naked Wines made an unauthorized withdrawal of 25 GBP from my card account. I have spoken with my bank and they have closed my card due to Naked Wine's illegal actions. Never buy anything!!!
Absolutely hopeless. Try to close the account. No way of doing that.
***Edit*** I responded to the comment that Naked Wines posted on here but I have heard nothing from them since. A great example of the terrible customer service they offer customers. Avoid them at all costs!!!! I placed an order with a voucher I was sent which offered me a saving of £80. A couple of hours later I received an email from a very rude person called Emma who was informing me that as I already have an account (I don't) she had cancelled my order. They seem to use this voucher offer to do nothing more than gather email addresses. I have received 2 emails already from them with more 'great offers' Avoid this company and go with a more trustworthy and reliable bsuiness who will not be rude to you.
Lovely wine - awful customer service. Every order I make, I tick the 'sign for your parcel - redeliver if no one home'. Unfortunately every delivery we have had has been left on the doorstep with massive letters saying WINE. At over £100 per case, that's not good enough. Once they left it in the bin - Naked said it wouldn't happen again and gave me credit on my account. Unfortunately it still has happened every delivery since and they don't seem to care anymore. I've cancelled my account as a result. A shame for all concerned. They'll go out of business soon with that attitude.
