The pens are really nice but the colour was more beige than gold and the wording was extremely faint. The pens are for our 50th Anniversary as a table gift and we are a bit disappointed that they are not gold in colour as we would have preferred. The print is completely wrong. The size is wrong in comparison to the design, the print is opposite the handle rather than being on one side!

I was away on holiday. On my return I found a good quality pen from PensdotcomUK on my desk. I looked into the accompanying literature and decided to order. Their methods used to entice you to buy more are genius. No where are you advised about postage costs. It comes as a surprise at the end. Overall a good product, my clients are happy. Will I buy more? Unlikely.

Poor quality. Tops fall off after a couple of uses, fittings break. Extremely disappointing as product looks great, won’t reorder I’m afraid. Not one pen out of 100 purchased lasted beyond one days use.
Awful….all pens had leaked in the box….completely unacceptable and unusable. Raised the issue via the online form on the website, two days ago, not heard anything from company. Poor all round.
