I ordered a bridle online which came damaged, went to the cannock store after getting really poor customer service from online, thank you so much to Tash for honouring the price and taking all the stress away, your customer service is brilliant, thank you ever so much again. Amazing staff
great experience yesterday on the their horse simulator after having a serous fall last year Tash talked me through everything and gave me more or less a lesson so that was great , staff very friendly so will be back again in the near future. Many Thanks Jeff Winters

Visited the Cannock store to stock up on a variety of kit. Louise helped me with my hat fitting and when the one I wanted wasn’t in stock she rang another store who put one by in my name. Very helpful, friendly staff at Cannock. My positive experience continued at Kidderminster store where Tracy fitted the hat that had been put aside for me. I have never had anything less than great service at Naylors
The girl that helped my daughter was so good all the staff are but she really helped her with her experience on the simulator I can’t rate this place enough I’d advise anyone with a love for horses and the gear to get over there once again thank you especially to the girl who was with her on the day A1 excellent!

Excellent service from Lucy. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Also very patient let me try lots of different styles and sizes and I was under no pressure to choose or pick one. I did buy the right body protector with Lucy‘s help having bought wrong in the past, I was very appreciative of Lucy‘s help to get the right one.

Having the horse simulator has enabled me to get back into riding again. The idea of riding and being able to buy my horsey gear at the same is one that cannot be experienced in any other store. Therefore, I would only use Naylors to shop for equestrian gear.
Just wanted to say how helpful Rob was at Naylors Swindon. Went out of his way to ensure something was in stock before a trip to the store - due to a last minute entry to a show this weekend! Great sense of humour, much appreciated on a Friday morning!
Was looking for a new body protector and stopped at Naylors Nantwich as they always have a good selection of products. I was helped by a store assistant, Courtney, who was really helpful and patient checking all different sizes to make sure I got the right fit, and Joanna who was also super helpful, thank you so much!

My experiences at Naylors have always been great, I’ve bought my riding boots from the Rochdale store, my dressage whites & jackets and lots more. I’ve always enjoyed “treating” myself and delighted in my purchases 😊. The recent addition of Rocky has been an absolute bonus. I’m no “spring chicken” and breaking my humerus bone in December 2022 when I fell from a “spooked” horse was a real downer! Should I get back on? Would I be sufficiently relaxed not to “wind” up the poor horse that was to have me on its back? Over a year later and having had to resort to pins in my arm to fix it I thought the best way to investigate would be on the simulator. What a fantastic experience, made even more worthwhile by Tash who is brilliant. She is an inspiration, extremely perceptive AND very encouraging. I’ve now ridden Rocky twice and learnt a great deal in the process. Thank you Naylors and thank you Tash - you are a superstar. “Watch this space” - I will be back!!!
I visited store and was greeted by Jo who gave an outstanding customer experience! She helped me pick the right riding boots and hat, making thorough checks to ensure everything fitted correctly. Jo is an asset to the store and I would recommend her service to anyone visiting. I was then served at the till by Court and Lucy who were also very lovely and polite, great store. Thank you!
The girl on the till on the 25/02/2024 was amazing to me as she gave me 10% of for my bday n was very patient n supportive w me as I’m learning to handle my money on my own. The reason I didn’t put 5 is bc the girl how was checking my hat fitted didn’t check it properly Jst put it on n tightened it didn’t check arnd the sides or make sure it wouldn’t cover my eyes n there wasn’t many clothes for kids there was some good clothes for kids but not a lot to be honest but other than that it was amazing xx
Went into Naylors in Rochdale after having no luck getting some white competition breeches for my granddaughter. Staff gave excellent service and were able to find a suitable pair after several 'try ons' later that were a perfect fit. Left the shop with one happy teenager. Thank you.
