I am a frequent customer of Neal’s Yard, love their products! Unfortunately I had an issue with delivery for the first time. I contacted the delivery service who were worse than useless and then contacted Neal’s Yard directly. Samantha P answered my query and within minutes had me sorted out! 5* service!!
I had an issue with delivery and emailed Neal’s Yard to ask for assistance. Lukrecija answered really quickly and arranged for redelivery using a different courier. Perfect friendly efficient service. Neal’s yard products are always fantastic.
I recently received an order from Neale’s Yard which included a number of hand washes. On opening the package I noticed that one of the bottles had leaked. I contacted Customer Services and received a prompt and apologetic reply from Dan asking me to send a photo of the damage caused This I did and once Dan had received the image he arranged for a replacement bottle to be sent to me. This arrived the following day. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which my case was dealt with and very much appreciated Dan’s help in resolving this matter.

My delivery of Rose Body Oil was damaged in transit and as a result a lot of the oil leaked into the packaging. As this was a treat, I felt disappointed and contacted Neal's Yard to explain what had happened. The email was dealt with by Sam, who responded immediately and offered to replace the product. This is the first time I have ever contacted Neal's Yard, and I would say that the level of customer service was outstanding. Sam dealt with the issue by reply email in a polite and professional way and my initial disappointment at receiving a faulty product was soon dispelled by the way it was dealt with. Thank you to Neal's Yard and thank you to Sam.
I’ve used Neal’s Yard Remedies a few times and always been happy with the service and products I’ve received, great quality. My last order went to a collection point to be picked up, as I wasn’t in after the third attempt at posting it. Unfortunately it wasn’t easy for me to get to within the 7 days it was held there. When I emailed customer service, Nadean contacted me very quickly, was apologetic and said a new order would be sent out using an alternative courier. I was very happy with the customer service I received and the prompt reply and the fact I didn’t have to cancel and re-order. Will definitely use this company again.
My order arrived but unfortunately one item was damaged. I sent an email which was picked up very quickly by Lukrecija who apologised and has arranged shipment of a replacement item. Lukrecija was extremely efficient and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!
Neal's Yard have great products and I have mostly bought in-store. Took advantage of ordering on-line and items arrived on time, as promised, but with the lid of one of the products broken in transit. Contacted customer services and had my concern dealt with by Nadean... WHAT A GEM! Nadean quickly resolved the issue and arranged for a replacement which was sent (thankfully) using a different company. This definitely reinforced my faith in Neal's Yard and they will continue to have my custom 🙂 Keep up the sterling work!

I ordered 3 items from Neals Yard 2 items I ordered by mistake instead of another item. Called them within 2 minutes and asked if I could change/cancel order they said that they could not! I had to wait for it to be delivered, they would send me a Yodel return link and I have to wait up to 10 -15 days for a refund! I find Neal's Yard system not very flexible/accommodating. Their attitude was also quite sterile.. Probably won't be ordering online from them again...
I was very pleased with the customer service I received after I reported a problem with a badly damaged lid on a jar of body cream. A replacement was sent very quickly, very impressed fantastic customer service, many thanks Sam.

Firstly, I want to mention the products: excellent, smell divine, and add a sense of indulgence to my day. But above all, I must mention the customer service. I had a shampoo delivered recently that had leaked during transit and without any fuss, Sam at Neal's Yard arranged a replacement to get delivered. Honestly, this is just the sort of thing that keeps you loyal to a company, and in this day and age it feels great to know you can trust excellent customer service. What can I say about neal yard apart from amazing. I absolutely love the products and usually visit a store ! I ordered a few things online and missed the promotional gift . I emailed the team and straight away they sorted this for me and I qualified for the free gift. Sam dealt with me and was very professional and kind. Wouldn’t order any where else ! Thank you
I ordered from Neal’s Yard today. I realised I hadn’t requested express deliver so emailed via the customer service email requesting to have the delivery asap. I had an immediate reply from a very helpful and friendly advisor called Sam who immediately sorted the problem and for no extra charge. So efficient, responsive and helpful! Thankyou 🙂
