I contacted NEOM after having trouble with my candle…

I contacted NEOM after having trouble with my 3 wick candle that I purchased… it wasn’t burning evenly… I spoke with Katie who kindly talked me through the way the natural candle needs to be first lit and how to care for it.. Katie was so helpful and totally understood.. she sent me a link on how to use the candle and kindly offered me a replacement… Katie is a real credit to this company and I absolutely love not only the amazing NEOM products but the way in which they treat their customers… I have purchased many different NEOM products and I will continue to do so as not only are they simply gorgeous and worth every penny but because they have the staff to back up any queries or problems… outstanding customer service…. thankyou NEOM and Katie xxx

Free Replacement Ceramic Cover (plus free oils!)

I bought a diffuser from Neom Bicester and as I got home and excitedly opened the packaging, the ceramic cover flew out and smashed on the floor (It wasn't secured in the packaging at all; it was just loose). I emailed Neom Bicester to ask about getting a replacement and received no reply (and they don't have a phone number, unfortunately), so I chased them up by calling and emailing Neom UK. They were excellent about putting me in touch with Bicester and eventually Bicester sent me a free replacement ceramic cover and some oils for my trouble. Overall, I give 5 stars, because despite the communication issues, Neom clearly cares about their customers and I'm very happy with the final outcome.

My daughter broke her limited edition…

My daughter broke her limited edition Blush Wellbeing Pod Diffuser, I had previously bought this as a gift, as I have a Neom account. My daughter had searched for a replacement cover to no avail, so I contacted Neom by email on Sunday and received a response on Bank Holiday Monday from Katie. I have had to contact Neom in the past and they are always quick and efficient in providing a response and even more importantly provided a positive solution. The replacement cover is in the post and Katie also offered me a 15% discount on the cover. Thank you Neom and Katie!

Pod Lux... got this with 20% discount... chose bliss as had other oils previously. Also use Reed diffusers .... Pod lux is a game changer.. really does fill bigger spaces very effectively...amazing performance. Bliss is really calming and so nice for evening wind downs. Thank you Neom.

I was having an issue recently trying to obtain the ‘refer a friend’ discount codes. Within a few minutes of a phone call to Neom, Izzy emailed me through two unique discount counts so I could avail of their offer. I’m new to Neom products and I’m absolutely loving everything I’ve bought so far! Everything is great quality along with the nice packaging makes Neom products feel so luxurious. Please Neom make a reed diffuser in the Ylang Ylang, Vetivert & Tonka Bean scent! It’s the most beautiful scent from your range in my opinion 🙂

Very overpriced. I purchased the tortoiseshell diffuser and I was so disappointed..It looked OK but the settings to alter the spray and light are temperamental and the base is very cheap looking ..I couldn't really smell the oil even when on constant.. No way is this worth over a hundred pounds should be more like £40 . Again neom oils are very expensive and when asked for a breakdown of what's in the oil regarding animal safety they were not helpful

I used to love this brand

I used to love this brand, especially the oil combinations that included neroli. Because my loved ones know how much I love this brand I received 3 bottles of neom oils for my birthday, and they all smell of chemicals not neroli oils. I guess they must have changed their recipes since I last bought their products but won’t be buying again.

Really impressed with how Katie went “above and beyond” today. I was having problems with delivery and shipping addresses and paying on line. I eventually found a contact number ( that did take a while). Katie sorted everything out for me and unlike other online retailers, Katie called me back several times as I was having problems with my phone. All was handled so professionally and in such a friendly way that I felt that my “little” order was important. Gorgeous products too.

Customer service ignore emails

I ordered a replacement cover for my Neom diffuser and then immediately realized that I had a 20% discount code that I hadn't used. Within 10 minutes of placing the order I requested to cancel it, which was auto acknowledged. I then placed a new order with the 20% discount applied. Several hours later, I received an email from customer service to say that my order had been cancelled but, you've guessed it, they cancelled the wrong order, despite the order numbers being clear. I contacted them to ask them how to proceed - no reply. I sent a further cancellation request (to cancel the first order) which was ignored. I sent a further two emails which were both ignored. The discount amount involved was only £6 but I'm more annoyed that they ignored my emails, very poor customer service indeed and I won't be purchasing from them again.
