After I placed the order, one of the items show on the confirmation it will restock in 3 weeks！I also paid for a Saturday delivery since I need them on Sunday, so it's huge disappointment！

Great company to deal with, fast delivery and excellent products. Unfortunately one of the items was incorrect so I contacted the customer care team and they went out of their way to make sure I had a replacement product sent out straight away, massive thank you to Beth, Lisa & Ellie. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Ordered goal posts for my sons birthday. Item get kept getting sent back to yodel and not delivered. Turned out the item was damaged in transit , but I was not informed. Contacted customer services and was informed that a new set would be sent via a different courier and should be next day delivery. Yet again sent by Yodel and never delivered. Contacted customer services again and this time promised next day delivery with Amazon. Waited two days and amazon shipping never received the package. Yet again Contacted customer services to be told they could send with Yodel again or give a refund. I took the refund and have completely given up. Week and a half waiting, missed my sons birthday and all this hassle for no package.
I bought a FORZA FOOTBALL GOAL TARGET SHEETS 8x6 ft. The ribbon that holds the eyelets to attach to the goal detached from the net. I contacted New World Sports for returns policy and replacement but have had no reply. I will contact the credit card company to see what they can do.
