Re-ordered a dress in a larger size and I’m so glad I did, love it, I do have to jiggle some items as to the style and cut to fit me comfortably and I must say, Ordering is not only fun and addictive, but so easy as is returns, it really couldn’t be easier. Absolutely love this brand, wish I could’ve made the sample sale, I’d have been in my element.
Hollie is amazing had some issues with a skirt that was faulty sizing. She was super helpful and kind and quickly and personally got this resolved for me, gutted about the skirt but happy it was resolved. She is an asset to the company and I am a regular customer and always found the service and clothes amazing. Thank you x

I live in Jersey Channel Islands and could only return items through DHL which is not convenient as there is only one depot on the other side of the Island. This would put me off ordering again. Other retailers have an arrangement with Jersey post

The refund process is not well explained and I am still awaiting a refund from a second swimsuit which I put into the same bag and have not recieved anything as yet. So even though I love the products, I would love the refund procedure to be explained a bit clearer.

Loved the dress but have chosen to have it altered to a slim fit as I like more fitted clothes going to a wedding so am sure to get a lot of compliments will of course say where I bought it from
