This is a two part review - combined score: 1 👎 1) the CS agent did resolve my query - pointing out that the NE shopping platform is so flawed that it cannot fix account names or emails if thats wrong, so better create new account.. 2) the item i bought - a cap - turned to be out of stock, so i will be refunded. Even worse - that OoS item is still listed on their website as available, so more people will be trapped in. seems like a scam to me! Overall probably one of the worst one shopping EXP I've had. 😣 But kudos for CS for sending the emails i guess.. Better to buy the caps from amazon/ ebay instead!

Would not recommend. Discount code didn’t work without explanation. Caps were not in the sale. Anyway both caps are returned as shape not suitable.

My order was cancelled. I haven't got any email or message with the update. When I emailed tech support after 24h Irma replied telling me that cap I ordered was so popular that was sold out and I will get my refund after 3 to 5 days. I complained. Azur replied and gave me 15% discount for next order. But the cap I ordered was still on sale. I complained again. Rialda replied and gave me 20%. After 30min Azur emailed me again telling me that he found somewhere 71 caps same as the one I ordered and if I want it I have to put my order again. Super annoying. I got cap from 47 brand instead. Received after 4 days

I am still yet to receive my order of caps worth approx. £150 ordered mid April... it's nearly a month ago now.. with no comms as to what is happening OR has happened to my order 😞 ... definitely NOT impressed ‼️‼️

Inconsistent sizing. Bought 3 pcs 39thirty in different colors. All in L/XL but they differ drastically in head circumference. Sad that quality is so low for the best brand and hats that cost 45$
