I was really satisfied with the product. However, my product was delivered and as no one was in DHL left the gift in my green (recycling) bin at the front of my house. I was not advised of this and just happened to check the bin on the day of our bin collection. If I had not checked my gift would have gone with the bins. I think the delivery service was really bad and would have expected to at least have a delivery card through the door to advise where they had left the product. The delivery tracking service also was not clear to support me in establishing where my product was left. This would put me off using Newbridge again due to the delivery company you use

Although an error was made with my Newbridge order it was very quickly rectified once brought to their attention. Excellent customer care. The fact that I can add extra place settings to my existing canteen of silver plate cutlery keeps me coming back.
