I used the WhatsApp chat to discuss my issue. Although I prefer to talking to a person sometimes it’s just easier to do it that way. My problem was rectified and resolved very quickly and I only have good things to say about New Look customer service.
I ordered a fabulous animal print dress in two sizes to ensure I got the best fit. I decided on the size to keep and return the other one. I packed it ready to return and requested a Yodel drop off point, unfortunately the two I tried were unable to print the label. I contacted Customer Support and with help of a fabulous lady she was able to email me a printable label so that I could return it via the Post Office. Superb customer service!
Katie V, was really attentive and very pleasant she helped me straight away with my problem. She took the time to read and carefully asses my issue I had. She reassured me that the issue will be fixed in the next couple of days. Contacting New Look via WhatsApp is exceptionally helpful. The reply’s are always constructed in a friendly manner . And you do get a reply within the timescale advised, I was less than 24hrs

Top larger then label size, and will not provide a pre-paid returns label. Webchat customer service terrible. I ordered a Threadbare Stone Colour block Knit Zip Polo Shirt, medium size but it is way too big around the body. I have logged in to generate a return for it but says there is a charge of £2.50. Charging me to return it is not appropriate as I am having to return it due to it being too big. I used the webchat service about the above. Rather than simply emailing me the pre-paid returns slip, the person I chatted with just gave nonsense replies. When I asked for complaints email address the person said I was speaking to the head office and if I sent in a complaint it would be looked at by her or one of here colleagues and they would be telling me the same thing as she was doing. Well that's no good then is it! Asked for CEO's name, did not give it, and said her manager would be emailing. No email received. Terrible customer service, having made a variety of purchases from New Look in the past, some of garments seem to be bad production runs that the manufacturer has sold on the cheap as 'seconds' and New Look have bought them to re-sell them as 'new'.
I used New Look’s WhatsApp service - didn’t know they had one until today! Kody was great, quick response, solved my issue with changing the return method and was very polite and friendly. Great customer service.
Purchased some trousers for my wife in March , and unfortunately they have disintegrated after wearing 3 times , worn through on the backside area. Looks to be extremely poor material - worse than tissue paper! Unfortunately I have had the product 42 days rather than the 28 that they allow returns . However you would think they would reply politely to my email and surely a pair of trousers should not disintegrate after wearing 3 times! . However , despite sending in my complaint with photos of the issue, via their procedure on the web site - I receive a standard reply from Kat S , saying nothing and not attempting any remedy . Terrible product and made worse by poor support . Not fit for purpose . I would have been better throwing my money in the river & ignoring their support. My advice is that there are plenty of other clothing retailers - use a more reputable one. . Edit - May 9. I have now submitted details of the problem and photo of the trousers again (3rd time?) following contact from NewLook Support after this review. Edit - May 10 . I have now received a refund and have changed my review score
Paul went above and beyond to help with my issue. He refunded the missing item and I received an expressed postage code. He apologised for the slight delay in answering the chat which was only 3 minutes. Thanks again!

Contacted customer service as I never made it into the store on time to collect my item I ordered from in-store. Spoke to a lovely guy Paul So helpful, pleasant to chat with and resolved my query with no hassle at all. If only they were all like him as I’ve had a few rude ones. I selected speak to uk advisor so that helped getting to speak to someone within the UK Thanks for you help Paul … much appreciated

So had a look online to see what clothes you have in the curve range. I go into the Glasgow store which is a large store and 2 levels. I can't seem to see any curve range at all. I ask a member of staff to be told I can only buy them online. Can new look explain why this size of store does not stock clothes that suits all women? I find it disgraceful that at least one corner of the store can't hold this range. I'd like to suggest that this be looked at and maybe your footprint in the store would improve.
I unfortunately had to return items due to a size issue, however my refund wasn’t fully refunded, I spoke to a wonderful staff member on Whatsapp called Anya, the team member was friendly, fast replying and supper helpful, it was sorted instantly. Wonderful customer service and efficient.
The person (April W) who dealt with my query was polite, professional, friendly and dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently.
