This is a review for a purchase in 2020. I cannot emphasize enough this is a company with excellent customer service. The trampolines are of good quality but their customer service is top-notch. We had couple of problems with one of the parts early and they got us a replacement. Four years later, one of the pole caps broke off after plastic fatigue and they helped me track down a suitable replacement.

Really prompt service. Spoke to a representative on a Sunday to confirm product was available. Product was delivered as promised Tuesday morning. Trampoline is great quality with clear assembly instructions. Would have no problem in recommending this supplier and would use them again. Main thing is the grandkids are very happy

I have placed my order on Monday around 2pm. Just minutes later I have received a phone call thanking me for purchase and explaining what will happen next. I have been told that delivery might be late because of covid-19 situation however I have received trampoline on Wednesday! It took only 48 hours from ordering to arriving to me. Pictures in the instruction a bit unclear but it pretty simple to assemble. I did most of job alone and just called for help to attach safety net and poles.
Excellent Customer Service. I ordered the trampoline on a Sunday afternoon, had a call within 20 minutes to say the trampoline would be dispatched on Monday, a text came through early Tuesday from the courier and the trampoline was delivered before 9am on Tuesday. Very easy to construct and looks great quality. My son was out on it at 8am on his birthday and is loving every second of it. Ordered trampoline as Christmas gift. came in great time as specified boxed perfectly two people erected it which was fairly easy It's a good size and sturdy bought ground hooks as extra to keep secure to the ground soil this is the second one of these trampolines we have bought for grandchildren Rectangular one great size kids just love it Thanks
I needed to make contact before my purchase to double check delivery timing. The phone was answered quickly, the gentleman I spoke with had all the information I needed at his fingertips and it was all very quick and efficient. The product is great and my 11 year old loves it.
Easy to put together very sturdy and safe my sons aged 15 and 12 enjoy bouncing around on it.
We had a great experience with this company - I was looking for a quick delivery when we came across the website, and couldn't believe how friendly and helpful the lady on the phone was. There was a slight delay (just a day or two) due to Covid, but that was understandable and they communicated with me really well. The trampoline is great, really good quality, especially given how reasonably priced it was, and the kids use it all the time. Really pleased.
I ordered a trampoline whilst in lockdown in the summer. Ordering was straight forward and the sales team were very helpful. It arrived when it said it would in august. And communications for deliveries was great. The only issues I incurred was difficulty reading the instructions to assemble it as they were over photocopied(?) and resulted in poor visual quality due to this. We also had an issue with how they were advising to assemble net to base with the rope supplied. The instructions were not helpful and actually miss informed me resulting in a ripped net. However, when I called the customer serves line I was met with an extremely helpful team who took care of everything for me. I did point out to them that I believe they need to update their instructions. (NOTE-you can find them online for better quality) They helped me resolve the instruction issue and replaced my broken net with a new one. For their customer service care alone I am giving them five stars. But I have to say the quality of the trampoline did not disappoint either as it is very secure. Great quality piece. Very pleased customer.

Ordered my trampoline and understand there is a delay due to covid. Spoken to the management there and there is good communication . Trampoline coming Tuesday hopefully . Update to follow .... After a delay due to covid ,trampoline came ,it's up and the kids love it , it's a good quality trampoline , more bouncy than previous ones we have had .Highly recommended trampoline and excellent company to deal with . 👍👍👍
