Poor Customer Service but nice products

The product was great but too big - sent back but been unable to contact company for refund- no one answers telephone and thd Email option didnt work - worried about refund Update- recieved an Email informing me that refund is on its way - I'm very glad of this as the products are lovely

item falling apart, no response

Ordered four items and returned two without any issue. The hoodie zip jumper has started to fall apart at the front after about 5 wears and just 1 wash cycle. The place makes it difficult to fix myself so I will need to pay to get it repaired properly. I contacted Ninety Percent via their online form with my order number and got an automatic acknowledgement but no one ever replied. Really disappointed. Won’t be buying from here again.

I am changing my review as I just spoke to the loveliest person at the company. They had been working on a return label for me. As such, I am a fan once again of Ninety Percent! Great clothes. I’m certain the return will process without any issues! DO NOT buy from this company on their website if you live in the US. Should you need to return something you will spend more than items are worth to return. Customer service is no help. Phone number not a good number. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for 3 weeks with no help from customer service. I’m about to contact a friend I’m the media as shopping and shipping issues are on everyone’s mind.

Tshirts feel incredibly soft

Ordered some tshirts for myself and for Christmas gifts. They are a little thinner than usual but durable, comfortable, stylish and very soft. Well made and quality fabric. When I changed into it I immediately noticed how nice it felt next to my skin. I love it so much I'm ordering more to wear as undershirts, tshirts and bedwear, it's so comfy.

Ninety Percent's responsive management and overseers

Placed my order on December 11. It failed to make Christmas because someone at Ninety Percent declared the wrong invoice amount which resulted in a delay at customs in Shanghai, Singapore before i received a surprise tax bill on delivery which i promptly refused because I am not paying any GST for goods that did not incur any tax in Singapore. When i contacted customer service, they went cold because the customer service personnel probably made the mistake and refused to fess up. To add insult to the injury, such a hassle later when the parcel was finally delivered after i had to contact relevant authorities because NO ONE at Ninety Percent wanted to take responsibility for their mistake, neither did they contact me at all. Quality of the garments were terrible, thin material and the dye leaked all over the rest of the non-white laundry despite multiple rinses. ====UPDATE ==== 12 Jan 2022 Zan replied with the help of her boss Nabil who greatly helped make this situation a more plesant one therefore i am changing my one star to a four because someone from Ninety Percent's management is willing to listen to customer feedback and respond accordingly with pride and responsibility. This act of refunding my order in full has given me confidence to shop with them again in future.
