Ignoring my email and doesn’t help the customers
Ignoring my email, told me to contact Klarna even though Klarna said, that the refund has to be issued by the merchant in this case NIsupplements. I would advise to stay away and do not order anything is at your own risk, if something is gonna go wrong with the order they’ll ignore your email and never help you with it. I will comeback with an update on this and more details.
So the update looks like this, he claims that he was talking to Josh Smith, here’s the email “Hey, my name is Mariana I’ve just placed an order recently and everything went good, but unfortunately I haven’t got the parcel and I have literally no clue where it is…. I’ve asked one of my neighbours about it but she doesn’t know anything. Please if you could help me with this I would really appreciate it, thank you.
where does it say that my name is Josh Smith, that’s the name of the email, and the email used to place an order which has no business with you, that’s my husband email.
You offered me a replacement which I refused, you were unhappy and said that you cannot refund my order, because the order was marked as delivered by Royal, then I got back to you and mentioned that I don’t have it, haven’t got anything. Of course I will demand a refund because is my right to do so! I will update some photos with our conversation through email and to point out how you stopped taking any actions to help the customer.
UPDATE “you mentioned threats” so literally this guy owner “Peter” is a total joke, he does call my instagram account “fake” he literally did read the message “I have a screenshot of this” but claimed that there were threats, so taking actions against them in court is a threat for failure to provide a service. I did send him screenshots of everything to check that I never mentioned anything about me being Josh Smith, as you can see on the conversation posted by him, even though Josh Smith is my husband, which doesn’t change the outcome of this “Mariana or Josh” are a couple. Not to forget that he mentioned his shop has a better and stronger system that Amazon, so this is the stuff he does talk to his customers when they have an issue.
GUYS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH AS I MENTIONED BEFORE IF YOU EVER HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE ORDER NOT BEING DELIVERED YOU WON’T GET ANY HELP OTHER THAN “we do have a better system than amazon and 15 years of experience”
