Fast and on-time delivery. Our dining chairs were delivered in perfect condition. However, the packages were left in the lobby of our building, the courier they used didn’t even ring our flat even though we were home. I only realised it was delivered an hour later when I saw a missed call and went into the app to track the package. Not Nkuku’s fault though.

I bought four terracotta wall pots with metal sconces. They arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. They were a little smaller than I imagined but very pretty. They have been on the wall a couple of weeks and unfortunately the coating on the terracotta is peeling. I hadn’t realised that they had a painted coating.
