Bad quality of jewellery, but the customer service is worse. Wrote more than one message with pictures of their products where the gold colour is lost at all. No answer, no good will at all. Unacceptable by this price of products. Never again.

I’m disappointed with the brand

I’m disappointed with the brand, I’ve purchased a couple of things that weren’t cheap the leather pleated bracelets have been okay and kept a good look but the magnetic clasp isn’t strong enough and quite often find the bracelet will come off when taking off my jacket, also only had a beaded bracelet on a few times and already the elastic has begun to fray, love the designs but unhappy with quality at price point.

Looking at some of the reviews looks like people prefer to complain rather than praise. I think these guys are great! Will definitely shop again x

Cheap Costume Jewelry, Narrow Return Eligibility

I ordered 3 items from the Northskull x Lydia Tomlinson collection, all in gold. Ourika Necklace ($250), Ourika Bracelet ($170), Ripple Hoop Earrings ($120). I purchased during 40% off Boxing Day sale, so I felt good spending $324 net. It was a red flag that the website does not have reviews on individual items, given that in 2024, this is almost an online retail standard, but given the higher price point, I trusted these would be high quality, Oh boy, was I wrong. 1. Each item feels like, and visually appears to be, cheap costume jewelry, in an unnatural fake metalicy yellow. 2. The clasp on the bracelet broke when I tried it on for the very first time. 3. The earrings are very heavy and wouldn't be comfortable to wear for a whole evening. I tried to return the entire order but was unable due to the return policy - "We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items or made to order items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all types of earrings." So, BE FOREWARNED, if you purchase items during a site-wide sale that is effected via a coupon code, NONE OF THESE ITEMS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. In my humble opinion, it felt like extortion to be blocked from returning items until AFTER discovering the poor quality, but it's my fault for not carefully reading the return policy in advance. Customer Support was responsive, professional, and kindly sent me 3 replacement clasps free of charge, so I can now wear the cheap bracelet. As a gesture of goodwill, they also conceded to let me return the necklace and bracelet for in-store credit. However, given that I would have to pay for shipping and then only be able to replace the items with items of similar quality, I decided to just keep the items I ordered. I acknowledge that my assessment of quality is my own, and others might disagree, but I will not be purchasing for this retailer again.

Worst product I've ever seen. I just got an Earring without a clasp. One Earring was completely bent, for the price I'm honestly shocked and speechless. I cannot recommend to buy any jewelry from this company.

Broken bracelet

I ordered a bracelet, which broke within two weeks and after wearing it only twice. It's certainly not what I expected given the price I paid. If I could have returned it for a full refund I would have done that but, living in the EU, I would have to forfeit 30% as a "restocking fee". I wish I'd had the level of customer service that some other customers have had. When I inquired about the status of the replacement clasps that they agreed to send to me, I was told I never responded to their email so they didn't send them. I did, however, receive an apology from a different customer service employee after I forwarded her the email proving that I had indeed responded, and even showing their reply to me in the thread confirming the shipping of the clasps. But still, as a business I don't think it's right to blame the customer as your default reaction to a complaint. And if you're going to do so, I'd suggest making sure you have your facts straight first.

Please do not purchase Northskull's bracelets. I had one bought for me as a present and this was quite pricey, so we expected good things. Even after taking good care and following all the aftercare instructions on their website, the bracelet started to tarnish after 6 months (and after only wearing this about 5 times), and after 10 months it is completely unwearable! Customer service was completely unhelpful. I have other bracelets from other brands which are much better quality and have not tarnished even after years, so AVOID AVOID AVOID Northskull!
