This company is a nightmare to deal with. I ordered a mirrored chest of drawers from Oakworld which was delivered with extensive damage. Despite reporting the situation to Oakworld promptly and requesting a replacement they were slow in responding and when they did they suggested that I keep the item with an offer a partial credit of £70 for an item costing around £480! When I reminded them that I had asked for a replacement they insisted on me repackaging a very heavy and dangerous item with exposed glass, as a result of the damaged state it arrived in, and to send them a photo of proof that I had repackaged the item, asserting that this was part of their terms and conditions of which it was not. This company don't care at all about customer satisfaction or the safety of its customers. I would avoid them with a barge pole. I am still awaiting a collection date and one wonders when the refund will arrive with this poor attitude they display.

Beautiful, well made furniture. Best I've seen for the money. Easy assembly, quick, friendly local delivery. Furniture now extra coated with Rhino oil and suitably situated in the garden. Highly satisfied
Delivery 🚚 was fine driver very helpful,I couldn’t help my wife unpack the garden seat off the wooden pallet ( has i having cancer treatment) ,but the only thing is we are left with a big wooden pallet to be deposed of. RP
