Love the glasses but wish they made a polarized lens for the bxtrs
Never buy Oakley from Oakley. I bought a custom pair of latches and one of the hinges was simply stuck, an it was put together by hand and on order. No quality check. The glasses feel flimsy and crack and screech with each movement. Not worth the money. Customer service is non existent. Do not give them your money.

I received a new polarized lens for my Mframe sunglasses in March. I took them out of the box and installed them in my frame and have never worn them. They were provided specifically for fishing when I returned to Canada in May. I just returned and pulled the glasses out of the Oakley bag. The lens was almost completely gone as if something scraped the film off on both sides of the lens!! I have now tried calling 3 times to Oakley customer service. No live person ever. Have also been on the chat line. I have received no assistance whatsoever. The lens are barely 2 months old and they are garbage. As a huge Oakley user with about 6 pairs of different glasses and apparel, I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM OAKLEY AGAIN!

I had an issue with my original order. They refunded me the shipping, as I had paid for 2 day shipping and didn't receive the glasses until about 5 days later. There was an issue when I was supposed to receive the glasses, so they overnighted me a new pair. Best customer service I've had with a company in a very long time. I would have no problem recommending them or buying from them again myself. They are an amazing company that cares about their customers.

Oakley has great descriptions, and photos of products on-line. Sizes have been true to fit! Especially concerning footwear! Can't find these unique styles of products anywhere, but Oakley!
