It was easy to navigate the site to get what I was looking for, I signed up for the newsletter which said I would receive £20 of my 1st order but when I put the code in it would not work. It turned out I would only receive this if I spent £250 or more so felt this was a bit misleading & disappointing.

I still don’t have my item, order placed 20th march. I can’t speak to anyone on the phone but have left messages, I have left emails. I am waiting for a chair that I got told would arrive mid April and still nothing and no update. Very frustrating and time consuming!

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a sculpture from Olivia's on the 13/4 with the promise that it would be delivered in 3/5 days. On the 17/4 I received and email saying that 'my order had not passed their Internal quality checks' which probably means that they did not have any stock. I then received another email on the 21/4 telling me that 'Our Team are currently making all the necessary preparations for your order' that was all that was said nothing about when this sculpture was being sent or when I was supposed to receive it. It is now 10 days later and still no order so I decided that I'd had enough and contacted Olivia's to ask for a refund I received an email back from them with not even an apology and simply told that my request for a refund had been passed to their accounts department. I have never dealt with this company before and I will never deal with them again what a disgraceful way to treat your customers. I would certainly never recommend them to anyone. I have been able to source the sculpture with another company who have already sent me an email confirming a delivery date. *Update* In answer to Olivia's reply I can understand that you would quality check all your items before sending out to the customer what your customer service team did not do was inform me that the sculpture had been damaged in transit and I would receive it later than expected. I had to contact Olivia's to find out what was happening and even then I was not told the truth about what was happening that is not good customer service and not fair to your customer.
