I ordered a customised dress for my daughters prom , any questions I had was answered straight away . It came well in time for the prom . The dress was absolutely amazing , fit perfect . Would definatley buy from ombreprom again.
These dresses are amazing! Ordered for my wedding and was worried that they wouldn’t get here on time and that they may be poor quality based on previous reviews. They are better quality than what they look like on photos and came within two weeks. Very impressed and would highly recommend

Oh! I love this dress so much! Two weeks ago, my friend told me that she bought some dresses on Ombreprom Web, so I come here ya! I found the dresses here are so nice and beautiful! Later, I bought one undoubtly. I used this dress for a family photo shoot and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The fit was nice. This dress was a beautiful life saver!
DO NOT use this company do not stand by their original email advising me I could get a refund if my daughter changed her mind on a prom dress so had to take the case to PayPal who got me a full refund SHAMBOLIC company
Do not use! Absolutely shocking this website. sent me a dress that looked nothing and I mean nothing like the photos on the website and now they are trying to give me a £10 refund for something I paid £189 for! Shocking. The dress was made too big even though I send them measurements, the sleeves are too short, the buttons are hanging by a thread and the “detailing” is hanging off! What this site is doing is false advertising DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! A £10 refund is an insult!
