I ordered 2 pairs of shoes - same style, different colors. While I ordered my correct US size 7, they were a size too big. I contacted Onlymaker withe the dilema and they asked I send the shoes back and the will remake in the smaller size. I did, but I was skepical this would have a good outcome….Well, to my surprize and delight they did exactly that! I received the new shoes in the smaller size and they are beautiful and perfect! Thank you Onlymaker for your wonderful customer service!
The costume service is great - it help me with a Shipping issue right away! I don’t even have words to describe how much happy I am to be able to find a quality shoes of my size( 15). I highly recommend this brand.
I made a purchase at the beginning of this month ( May ) and never received any confirmation emails. I left alone until recently that I wasn’t too sure if I placed the order correctly so I followed up with the team to ensure it was placed. Upon providing the info for the status check on the order I noticed that I placed my email wrong so thats why I was up to date jeje. The OnlyMaker team located and updated my email so I may stay up to date on my order!! The quickness to respond to my email was astonishing because I sent it around 8:00 pm MTD and received a response later that night at 12:30 am.
